来的，这种牛成长的过程被人为打破了生长规律，吃的不是草，吃了太多的corn，corn
便宜。市面上的corn几乎都是转基因种子种出来的，转基因种子用了一种在化学物质，
这化学东西能致癌，虽然美国水空气相对都很好还是那么多人得癌症，我觉得是吃了太
多转基因类东西。那种化学物质用来生产除草剂，roundup什么的，所以转基因种子特
别能抗杂草和虫害，大大提高了产量，所以corn会那么便宜。越南战争美军就用那化学
物质喷洒树林杂草，这样子草会死树叶会掉落，越南军就不好隐藏，那东西给人带来太

fructose, 进入人体直接变脂肪。
diet coke, 用aspartame，80F会变成methanol，虽然人体有抵抗机制,但是仍有少量的
methanol进到大脑里。长期下去，后果可象而知。在美国，aspartame变成methanol的
实验根本拿不到funding，还有很多“专家”说aspartame根本无害，因为aspartame从
问世以来制造了上亿美元的利润。
如果喝coca cola的话，我建议Jewish passover coca-cola （用的是sugar cane）,因
为Jewish passover 不能吃corn. 会稍微贵一点，但是cane sugar比corn syrup好太多。

我喜欢buy and hold, 个人比较偏爱传统的有核心竞争力的公司。Corning我认为就是
这样的公司。这支股票算的上是中蓝筹有2.6%的红利。业务跨度很广，主要收入有
corning glass, optic fiber, life science etc...他的光纤几乎所有大data-center
都有用；他的glass广泛应用在iphone, ipad上。
今天盘后有2利好消息，
1）赢得了和 Samsung Corning LCD glass joined venture绝对控制权， 签了10年功
货合同
2）7% total shares buyback.
3星的电视，手机， note, galaxy的出货量肯定是很大的， 而且都是用corning glass
.排屁股也知道销售饿将获得巨大增长，应该在43%左右，这是3星现在占到的股份。加
上本身供货给苹果，赫赫...还有大家普遍爱操作有想像空间的股票，接下来的可弯曲
的glass将可能全面应用到iwatch, 可能还有其他穿戴技术. 之后的将芯片移植到玻璃

suggested to do a blood test for food allergy which is less hurt than real
allergy test. It turned out that she was allergy to corn and mild allergy to
peanut. The doctor said the corn allergy would go away eventually but

玉米成分。corn syrup我是觉得没有多少基因成分，不过说到corn syrup我就更捉急了
，这东西害处极其明显，难道我们不更应该警惕吗？现在这东西在中国也用很多了。我
买东西如果想避开corn syrup，真的很难，几乎所有的饮料和甜食都加这个，比sugar
便宜。
关于corn syrup，中国估计就马马虎虎叫玉米糖浆或糖精，报道和书很多。对人体的伤
