发帖数: 33 | 1 现在大概是孕５－６周的样子, 两周前产检时产科大夫用超声波诊断出sac很有可能在
子宫右上角，从而判断有可能是cornual pregnancy. 上周复查时用超声波对sac位置
诊断依旧，但由于病人没有bleeding or 明显痛感,医生也怀疑是仅仅是bicornuate
uterus 和normal pregnancy.
产科大夫于是建议MRI without contrast并refer to a radiologist, 但该
radiologist认为由于处在first trimester,有流产可能，并引具FDA和American
College of Radiology Guideline, 拒绝做MRI. 产科大夫依然认为MRI是唯一可行的诊
断措施，且没有证据和研究显示MRI对first trimester有任何副作用, 并refer to a
second radiologist.
两年多以前怀和生老大的时候都很顺利, 现在碰到这么复杂的情况，实在是想请教各位
的意见。

发帖数: 367 | 3 Yes MRI in the first trimester is not encouraged at all. Rare exceptions
include equivocal ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy (usually cornual ectopic
pregnancy, which is harder to diagnose with U/S), or acute appendicitis
during the first trimester, etc.
Second and third trimester fetal MRI is not uncommonly done, which is
reserved for definitive diagnosis of fetal anomalies such as hydrocephalus,
congenital heart disease, kidney disease, etc, which is helpful for surgical
