You can argue that any high margin business relys on "squeezing" others to
profit. Wall street trader/investment advisors, medical doctors, attorneys,
the list goes on. Indeed electricians have hard time to profit from
customers due to the competition and in case like the author's, the customer
may have the skillset to resolve small issues.
Even to free service like Facebook, Google, they profit from "squeezing"
