说事没必要。 Apple至少与20多家公司打过官司；原告和被告都有的。 我最大的
Concern 是Apple以其巨大的财力，通过官司手段，在手机领域里消灭竞争和垄断市场
。通过封闭系统，在市场上绑架用户，不断地高利润的炸干用户的钱包。 HTC 官司后
几乎再也没有能力和APPLE 竞争。Nokia和Rimm 几乎已经垮台。唯有开源的 Android
阵营。 开源与封闭的斗争在我看来如同公益与自私，正义与邪恶的斗争。开源则是鼓
励中小企业，弱者参与竞争；封闭的 Apple 是把同行业的公司都挤垮，独食而肥；
Apple 手段是到处Claim 专利，到处打官司。因此对专利的lang用，对消灭竞争的判决
要非常小心。既然对专利的合理性有质疑，那么专利的费用上就该打折扣，如果Apple
对每台手机，平板收3，4美元而赢了官司，那我很认同；如果让Apple 以有争议的专利

"willful" violations of a number of Apple's patents in the creation of its
own mobile products.
The jury did not recommend awarding Samsung any money in its counterclaims

在苹果受关注以前，广大IT用户都是关注CPU的进化，内存的增加，硬盘的速度，
主板的带宽。。。
但是大概在几年前，IT领域出现了一个致命的瓶颈：硬件的发展已经远远超越了
当时软件和客户的基本需求，不信我们可以比较下3年前的笔记本和现在的笔记本，
用起来其实也没多大的技术差距。
这个时候，IT产品的发展走到了一个十字路口，于是苹果在这个关键的时刻跳了出来，
苹果不是把IT产品当着IT产品来开发，而是把IT产品当成时尚产品来开发，一下在技术
