里踩踩单车都觉得气喘吁吁，一个月下来，重了4公斤。跟朋友聊起来，他问我在巴黎
时做何运动，我说偶尔去公园打打篮球，但终究不算规律。朋友说：“为什么不跑步呢
？”
我上一次认真跑步，是初三时，为了应付体育中考，每天在学校跑道，连跑带走，十圈
。这样跑步，自然谈不到乐趣：煤渣跑道；环境千篇一律；树影；考试的压力；时不时
要躲避足球场上横空飞出的足球。最好的成绩，大概就是以3分20秒跑完一公里，之后
便放下了。在上海期间，我也跑过步，但我所住的地方，实在不能算是跑步天堂：便利
店、麻辣烫店、拉面店、服装店、茶叶店、烧烤摊，路面不平，人流迂回，去跑步，简
直像在练凌波微步。以至于有两年，我就在自家院里跳绳：每天跳3000个。不用问，比
跑步还枯燥。
嗯对了，为什么不跑步呢？
8月底回到巴黎，我开始跑步。没什么郑而重之的仪式：找了个黄昏，选了件平时穿来
打篮球的T恤，穿了条运动短裤，一双短袜，运动鞋，握着手机，配上耳机（没有臂袋

记得幼年时期第一次听到《灰姑娘》这个故事是睡前的《格林童话》，我猜测从2
岁至9岁之间，我应该听过不下百遍。
《灰姑娘》这版美好，最大功劳应该就是迪士尼了。
最初的《灰姑娘》并没有现在这版Magical，格林兄弟整理的童话精选中，灰姑娘
的父亲并没有这般爱她，而是一位唯唯诺诺、对第二位太太极度恐惧的男人形象，灰姑
娘对父亲也没有特别依赖，而是每天都在母亲的坟前哭泣。
《灰姑娘》后来成为如此美好的童话故事，其中的亮点有两处--fairy godmother
还有水晶鞋。
电影中抢戏的hairy godfather....啊，不，是fairy godmother, 也完全是迪士尼
创作出来的。《格林童话》中灰姑娘在母亲的墓前用父亲出门带回来的树枝搭建了一个
小鸟窝，一群可爱的鸟儿与她作伴，也就是电影中那群小老鼠的角色。同时，也是

预估
也不代表概率为零（退一万步来说，哪怕概率为零也是可能发生的。哪怕希望渺茫，都仍
然相信真善美，其实不过是我们渺小人类对着无能为力的命运的一点小小的尊严和骨气而
已。
如果只是“得走”才走下去，那叫行尸走肉，有血有肉有感情有尊严地走下去，才是人
啊。

我由于在国内工作过且读过硕士，所以出来读博比身边的同学年龄都大。周围的女孩子
年龄太小，我基本没有选择的余地。目前我博士在读，单身一年多，希望遇到投缘的女
