看到版上时不时有人抱怨中国人面试中国人时，不但不帮忙，还故意恶心中国人。我想
来说说自己面试中国人的感受。
1。我还是小角色时，面试中国人不敢用中文，因为怕被人说闲话。
（所以不讲中文不是要故意恶心找工的人）
2。 有时我会问一些比较难的问题，因为我想要找到一个闪光点来推荐录取他。不要以
为问容易的问题的人，就想要你。其实正好相反，嫌瓜的才是想买瓜的。上次一老中来

3。 不要以为中国人就一定要照顾你，因为其实你那个职位的候选人全是中国人。这种

4。 我选人一般是中国人，东亚人优先。但是往往来面试的要么都是中国人，要么都是

校，家长会老师第一句话就是“XX has a heart of servant and always try to help
others". 因为他生日是CUTOFF DATE前三天的缘故，至今为止在班里一直是最小的孩
子。
家里老大，成绩单上还在和“self control” 和 “resolve conflict”做斗争。她生
日是CUTOFF后一个月，在班里其实是偏大的孩子。

师告一次状，停一个礼拜电视，过一阵又犯，最后大概其一个月告一次状。换到公立，
我还特地和他现在老师提前打过招呼，老师说她觉得关键是让他一直有事情做。
其实孩子优点也明显的，热心爱帮助人，所有老师开会评语上都首先肯定他是一个特别

（1）议员也是人，是人都喜欢马屁，即使议员抵制对你有利的提案，你也得拍马屁。
（2）你拍了马屁后，议员就听得进你的话，议员知道并不是所有的选民都会去投票，
但是能够在议员公开办公的接待日来议员办公室门口排队等候接见的人一定是参政意识
浓厚，一定会去投票，他们如果不选你就会选你的竞争对手，他们虽然可能只代表一小
部分人，但是他们是投票的一小部分人。很多大众懒地投票，讨好他们也没有用。
（3）反对3012的美国人不多，反对3012的其他国家移民还没有反应过来去约见议员，
这个时候是我们的机会，机不可失，失不再来。
（4）任何人都可以见议员，每个议员都有四五个甚至更多的办公室，华盛顿开会时议
员在华盛顿，平时有很多时候在本州，议员网站上有公开办公接待日，也有约见联系方
式。没有钱的情况下就去门口排队，NIU会支付误工费。有钱就请lobby公司代为安排，
NIU还没有这么多钱。

还有一个问题是，越靠近大选，3012的机会越渺茫，我们现在没有很多时间了，有没有
办法找出一些最关键的，需要动员的Senator，这样可以集中火力?

would like some help from the senator/congressman. Then spend some time to
explain your issue politely. Most likely, you will need to fill the privacy
release form and a letter of explanation to his/her office. If you do this
before you call, you can directly ask the assistant whether he/she received
the request.
Be nice and polite. Most of the time, the assistants are very nice and
courteous.
