Uninsured motorist (UM) coverage只包括在对方没有保险时自己身体受的伤，所以也
叫uninsured motorist bodily injury (UMBI) coverage。
法律一般不要求uninsured motorist property damage coverage (UMPD),所以如果你
保想在对方没有保险时自己财产的损失而又不想买全保，你就得加几块钱买uninsured
motorist property damage coverage (UMPD)。
uninsured motorist property damage coverage (UMPD)是错在对方而对方又没有保险
时有效，所以很便宜，但保额上限不高。如果你的车有些年头了，UMPD也许是个不错的

condo的coverage A， dwelling 至少保到appraisal value的20%。
有些保险公司会自己估一个value出来，只保到那个value，那样的话，就需要说明
replacement cost，就是保险公司要保证房子全部毁的了话，保费足以重建。另外，还
有些银行会给一个相对低些的coverage A，不过，有条款说最高保到coverage A的125%
，如果这个数值不低于loan amount也是可以的。
如果不属于以上提到的，那么不关银行的事，主要还是要去问保险公司了。 |

It doesn't matter how high your total coverage is. If your house is damaged,
the max they will compensate you depends on the actual costs of replacement
(house building costs and furnitures, etc.) Also you have to document the
costs of your furnature etc. It is a pain. |

你去一步一步填Schedule HC，填到有一步会让你把有MCC保险coverage的月份标出来，
然后看有没有连续四个月没有coverage。如果不是连续四个月没有coverage，就不用接
着填Schedule HC后面的几项了。

金会涨60（两车，半年）。
想问问，一般大家通常买多少coverage比较合适？我们开车3年到现在也没有用过
liability，也不知道25k/50k是不是不
够，10w/30w会不会太多。虽然半年60也不是大数目，但是总觉得给保险公司白白赚钱
了。大家说应该涨这个liability的

我在网上填估价信息的时候，有的要求填dwelling coverage，有的没要求。有要求的
我就填了个比sale price低一些的数额,但是他们没有根据我给的数额quote。
appraisal刚做，还没有收到report.
我是不是应该等收到report后，问问lender要求的dwelling coverage，然后再按这个
数额quote呢？ |

从以上的link看，有high risk的最好买comprehensive plan, 以防看病多，
自己要掏很多钱。这种plan, 一般premium要一个月$160-200。自己负责
交$250 的deductible以后，只需再交20%的co-pay，直到交了$1000.
再多的费用，insurance都包了。还有一个好处是，可以看in-network 的
PPO provider. 这些地方对自己的member会有更优惠的收费标准。 还有
一些和travel 有关的项目，也可能包。
Low risk 的则可以买fixed coverage plan, 基本上是不打算去看病的那种。
不过，万一真有emergency, 这种plan 负责的很少。比如，去一次
emergency room, fixed coverage plan 一般只掏 ~$3 |
