须得原件啊？我本来想今天把DSF和coversheet通过邮件发过去，但突然想起来可能需

我的理解是第三张是coversheet， entire letter是指第二张纸啊~
如果entire letter是指整个三页纸的话 为什么额外要加一句attached coversheet呢？
我也打算额外准备个cover sheet 主要是那句“On top of your response”有点不确
定啊 因为如果我额外准备的话 它attached就不会是on top啦
另外 有听说attached coversheet 是黄色的 我收到的都是黑白色 大家有遇到这种情
况么？

发帖数: 1 | 3 3/1提交485 申请，连同AP一起提交。AP五月份已批。7/10收到485 REF，说没有提交出
生证明，要求提交。但是我已经在485申请材料里提交出生证明原件了，就是一式六页
的标准公证书，第一页是公证书三个大字，第二第四页中文，第三第五页英文，最后一
页白纸。不清楚为什么说没有提交。
而且REF第二段里提到要提交户口和医院出生证明，但是第五段要求又是exactly我已提
交的出生证明，让人有些糊涂。不知道到底他们要什么材料。求大神解答。

RFE 总共三张纸，第一张notice，第二张是要什么（FORM I693 和EVL）, 第三张是
return的office地址和有没有new G-28。
在第二页有写说：

请问： 是不是第三张就是coversheet啊？还需要再额外准备cover letter么？ 另外
第一页需要也发回给他们么？

我准备这几天回复RFE。发现收到的RFE信中说的

请问Coversheet指的是要准备一张文件清单一样的cover letter吗，还是收到的信里面
的含有一项选择 "Yes, there is a new G-28 | No, there is not a new G-28" 这一
页？感觉应该是那一页，但还是请问一下回复过的朋友。谢谢！

信里面说I693过期了，需要重新提交，还特别提了淋病的检查（旧的体检
是15年的，没有这一项）。
后面还有一张coversheet，问有没有新的G-28，
——yes, there is a new G-28
——No, there is not a new G-28.
然后还问有没有J form ： please check the appropriate box regarding if there
is a new Form I-485 suppplement J, ...........
- ---- yes, there is a supplement J form?
最后是问地址是否改变。
信里面没有提J form, （三页纸的信就主要提体检一事）只是那个coversheet有。是不
是我就不用提交 J form 了？
只重新体检就行了？
G-28 那个应该是选NO吧?
重新体检，疫苗应该不需要了，除了新的淋病的检查外，还需要抽血，皮试什么的吗？

以开始申请电子化
具体这个网站上写的很清楚，对我很有帮助

1. uscis 批准后，打NVC自动语音问GUZ号，拿到GUZ号后，立即打电话给NVC人工台表
明自己想参加电子处理的意愿，并把自己的邮箱地址留给NVC。
2.收到电子邮件版的P2.5后（P2.5里面有一张DS3032表格），把DS3032打印出来。由受
益人填写和签名，并扫描成PDF文件，并写一封信说明你要参加电子处理，希望NVC以后
把相关的文件发到你所指定的邮箱里的E-MAIL，你所指定的邮箱可以选择多个，可以同
时有申请人和受益人
3。 等待NVC的回复，收到回复，并收到一封NVC把你的GUZ号改为GZO号的通知。
4。 上网缴费, save cover sheets

发帖数: 415 | 16 case已经pending 14个月，昨天主副同时收到RFE，主要求重新体检(期间换过工作，很
惊讶没有要EVL)。副申请人收到的RFE信件比较奇特，居然没有写RFE的内容，一共三页
纸：第一页是个人信息+USCIS关于RFE回复timeline的一些规定；第二页只有很短的一
段套话，根本没有说要交哪些材料；第三页是关于g28的coversheet。初步怀疑是USCIS
装信的时候漏掉了一页。
这种情况应该怎么办？给tier 2打电话能核实RFE内容并要求重新寄一份吗？case已经
pending 14个多月，好不容易盼来了RFE，还闹这么一出，无语了...
不知道是否有战友遇到过类似的情况，最后怎么解决的？ |

1.我没有void公司的律师，可以自己寄RFE response吗？记得在哪里看过说可以，但是
记不清楚了，所以想确认一下。
2.在RFE中说，“THE ORGINAL NOTICE MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE REQUESTED
EVIDENCE”。我收到的RFE在脚注写着（COURTESY COPY）。这个算“ORIGINAL NOTICE
”吗？
3.在COVERSHEET,我check了“No, there is not a new G-28”。
4.我和老婆的材料可以一个信封寄给USCIS吗，还是最后分开寄？

Form (DSF). Otherwise it could be misplaced at ECFMG. You need to reserve a
slot for the LoR as well.

It is not required that your AAMC number appear on your letters of
recommendation. Simply have the letter writer submit it to you in a sealed
envelope, hold that envelope until you have registered for ERAS and received
your AAMC number, and then mail it to our offices for scanning with the LOR
Coversheet and Document Submission Form that will both will include that
number.
