Greek Yogurt，具体到牌子有Fage, Brown Cow, Oikos等，大家去买酸奶的时候找一找

的问题。我说我吃whey protein，他问哪家的。我说six star 从walmart买的。结果PT
很不屑，说six star是very low quality的粉。
我买粉的时候，通常就只能从label上比较 grams protein per serving。别的我也不
懂啊。而且微量元素氨基酸什么的含量也都差不多，我也看不出来。但PT说市场上好些
粉都是corn fed cow 产奶做成的，而他家（我的GYM --LIFETIME FITNESS)的粉是
grass fed cow产奶做成的，所以质量是属于pharmaceutical quality powder，所以他
家的就肯定贵.
我就很困惑，因为大众消费者能判断的只有商品包装上的标识，而喂养方式这个是不标
注的。同样是奶粉，不同喂养方式产奶提炼出来的蛋白粉具体成分上会有那么大差别吗
？而且我问PT这个东西怎么比较，他说没法比较，只能吃到体内才能感受到谁家的粉会

便宜的都是whey protein concentrate做的，好一点的是whey protein isolate做的，
再好一点的还有hydro 什么什么的。吸收速度不一样。
至于grain fed cow 和grass fed cow，这个理论上也有区别。据说grass fed的牛肉的
某些营养成分比grain fed的要高不少。不过我认为，吃不吃organic，吃不吃grass
fed meat，是要综合考虑经济实力以及生活消费观的一个哲学问题，不能一概而论。

菜前除了松土之外还需要其他的准备工作么？
--我没有买土放在地里，买的土都是用来育苗了，你可以去附近看看有没有免费的
compost领，搀在土里增加有机物，而且可以把土变得松软。我也买了不少cow shit埋
在地里，但是这个肥力不强，要种菜还得上chicken shit
2.大家一般在哪里买种子？对新菜农来说是买种子还是买plant好一些？从中国超市买
的种子OK么？我们家附近的中国超市可以买到苋菜，西红柿，各种。。。种子，需要在
埋入院里先放在室内育种么？还是可以直接刨坑埋院子里？育种怎么处理？种植密度大
概是多少?
hd和lowes有不少种子，我们这里中国店也有不少，比较稀奇的就在班上讨，多发言混
个脸熟，种子就来了，呵呵。如果你们那里现在冷的话，估计西红柿黄瓜什么的需要在
盒子里保温保湿育苗，红苋菜等天热了直接撒地里，间距看品种吧，西红柿至少间隔两
尺左右

顺便当个卖点。HD说明是0.05－0.05－0.05。lowes的black cow就是0.5-0.5-0.5，浓
度可想而知。
我会想写这篇的原因就是很多人被＂肥土＂，＂堆肥＂误导了。事实上，会被买来填
raise bed的，基本不会是氮含量高的。不施肥，还说compost不好，实在是。。。。
至于是土，我想我算没见过正宗compost，但不都说compost的最高境界就是和土一样吗？ |
