进行分拆，分拆后的芯片部门或将被英特尔收入囊中。在他们看来，英特尔是该部门最
好的归属。
Cowen and Co的分析师蒂姆西·艾克瑞（Timothy Arcuri）表示，“这一芯片交易将终
结所有的芯片交易。” 在艾克瑞看来，英特尔收购高通芯片业务，将以最快速度提振

编者按：微软、英特尔、联想，都是行业的巨头，却构成了一起不兼容的案例，这说起来都有点让人不能理解。
用户如果觉得你的产品好，大部分人不会说什么，因为她们没有这个义务，用户如果觉得你的产品不好，就会狠命抨击，进而带动其他用户一起抨击，因为你损害了他的利益。越是高关注度的产品越会遇到这样的状况，如今，微软精心打磨的Windows 8正遭遇如此之尴尬。
所谓的底层优化对于大众用户而言并不关心，所谓的功能变化对于不使用的用户来说也是聊胜于无，大众用户最关心的反而是兼容性、视觉效果这些看上去很虚却真正影响使用的东西。

算和排名，不是历史地位排名，而是一场比赛的即战力排名。似乎有点意思。作为一家

基本设定是：算一个球员前1000场平均成绩（不够1000场的算目前场次）；对一些特殊
类型球员场次特殊处理；对73年以前的stl和blk进行假设；对上古时代篮板数打折处理
其余设定和说明可看原帖。
基本计算方法：
1.1000场平均得分乘以1。
2.1000场平均助攻加权乘以2.25。(1次成功助攻能帮助球队得分平均是2.25分)
3.1000场平均篮板加权乘以1.78。（1次进攻球权平均可得1.07分。1次篮板可减少敌队
1次进攻球权，增加我队1次进攻球权，但因为有防守篮板的因素影响，篮板加权不宜比
抄截高，因为防守篮板有某种必然性跟团队性：敌队没进的球，我队抢到防守篮板的机
率就是比较高，这跟团队卡位、人员站位有关，而且抢防守篮板的工作大多是已经设定
给中锋或大前锋优先去抢）

early trading after they were rebuffed a second time in a bid to gain
approval of a once-weekly version of the diabetes drug Byetta.
The Food and Drug Administration “blindsided” the companies late yesterday
by calling for a study assessing the heart risks for the new drug Bydureon,
said Phil Nadeau, an analyst with Cowen & Co. in New York.
