easy long run的pace.没有speedwork,tempo, 难道不会很boring么？
2. 他说在build up aerobic base之前，任何anaerobic运动都会有坏影响。这点非常
turn me off.

people who are interested in practicing, but lack
of formal training. for example, i have never took
any of these kind of courses. so i don't know any

发帖数: 16371 | 20 en,仔细看过之后觉得cox同学绘画态度还是比较认真.大概说几点意见:
1,首先COX的作品大都是COPY大师的作品,不仅如此而且是大量的copy.
这种做画方法是不太可取的.为什么?因为你没有自己的东西,没有真正
的了解的临摩和学习的意义.临摹也好,观摩学习也好够是有他的意义的,
而不是一味的"抄袭".所以我的建议是舍掉这些,自己大胆的去画,没有
人光靠临摹能临出成就来的.之所以临摹是在自己画了一段时间以后发
现自己的画做没有提高,而且不知道自己困惑在哪,这个时候临几张姿势
或光线和大师的作品基本相同的人物或静物来帮助自己的提高就是非常
必要的了..然后在尝试着找和大师作品当中用光和做画手法基本一致的
模特,旁边加上大师作品,一边画以便自己悉心领会为什么大师是这么用
笔,突出什么,强调什么..线条转折意味着什么就比较容易领会.
所以呢,就是三步结合,自己画+临摹+和大师作品对比的画,认识到的东西
再加上自己的经验和勤奋,这样循序渐进才是学画之道.
自己画,可以画景物可以画速写可以去画集市,地铁,建筑,人物等等...
可画的非常多,当然走出去并不容易,记得我原来去画就总觉得很难为青, |

cox package 是 up to 50 MB 下载速度。
现在的用的是 Linksys BEFCMU10 ver 4 支持 DOCSIS 2.0。
router 是 ASUS RT-N16。
昨天测试了一下， 下载 18 MB， 上载 8MB。
好像这个 linksys 支持最高 42MB 下载速度。
我需要升级 modem 吗？ 好像router 还可以凑合接着用。 |

是PC CARD．从LAN CONNECTION STATUS看到只有发送的PACKAGES,没有接受的。ROOMMATE
的机器装的是WIN98,也只是设了automatically get IP。COX的人帮ROOMMATE装好的，我
检查过了网络设置我们是一样的。我还要安装什么软件吗，还是我哪里设置的不对。好急

Solution:
1. Set up remote desktop on XP (google detail)
2. Set up IIS Web Server, running at 8080.
3. Check http://localhost:8080/tsweb, works
4. Port forwarding on router (8080, 3389-required by remote desktop sharing)
5. Modify the webpage a little |

医药学药跨学科合作搞了一个中心专门做这个，里面从做中药的到分子生物的都有，筛
了10来年了什么也没筛出来。这第二个青蒿素就是这么难产。还是需要技术上再进步吧
，目前的技术水平还是不行。分析技术肯定需要再进步，什么时候可以有一个仪器让你
打一针中药煎剂进去，那边给出来分子结构就完美了。目前只能停留在预设阶段，就是
分析是有目的的，大概知道要找什么东西，比如要找甾体，你用isopropanol去提取，
或者hplc大概知道Rt在什么时间，可以一步步分析出来，但是其他成分实在太多，你不
知道哪个有用。生物方面也是一样，中医的特点是头痛医脚，比如你知道一剂药可以治
疗关节炎，按照merck的vioxx理论，你就构建一些含有COX－1，cox－2的细胞去筛选药
里面的每一种成分、剂量，甚至两种或以上的combination，看起来似乎是正道，但是
没准这剂药target的是CNS，也不一定，中医太难以琢磨了。 |

type. you can get the lambda after you run the box-cox in sas, and you can
transform based on lambda. not sure whether it works to your problem. |

results hazard ratio of 2.6 (p<0.001). I put the index into a multivariate
cox model with 5 other variables, and results a hazard ratio>4 (P<0.02).
However, a collaborator criticized that the univariate results does not have
enough statistical power to justify the use of multivariate model. Does
that make sense? I am not an expert in statistics. I just use epi-info to do

survival data. I could successfully run the lme() function (for the mixed
model) and the coxph() function (for the Cox model) separately, but when I
ran the JointModel() function, the program returned the following error
message:
