发帖数: 392 | 9 外墙是brick，今天仔细观察，发现裂纹，而且是阶梯状，斜着从窗户的一个角走下来。
很崩溃，正好inspector来取radon。抓住他给看。
结果人家说根本没有问题：说这是40年前的老房子了（1976年修的），有这种crack很
正常。 然后告诉我说美国这边的房子，墙面都是先铺木板。那些外墙的砖啊什么的，
根本不承重，就是粘上去的。LD如释重负。 我也松了口气。但是回家一上网，还是
confuse了。网上这么多照片都说那种阶梯状的，斜的crack是foudation damage的表现
。 怎么办？
inspector很肯定的说没有foundation损伤，说如果是他的sister/brother买这个房子
，他不会worry。
请大家指教 |

都是那种一推就动的，要扩大周围范围，一直找到你推不动的位置。70年代的房，很有
可能ceiling 都下来了，因为那个时候有可能用钉子，时间久了，钉子松了。见到过70
年代的房子，去年圣诞期间ceiling开裂，掉下来一些现在用screw把ceiling 弄回去的
的房子。
还有如果ceiling上有过漏水的问题，有可能出现ceiling 松动，进而crack的 |

了inner chamber有crack，我自己看了一下，确实是有。请问这种情况，需要换inner
chamber吗？费用大概是多少？是不是需要找人来做free estimation呢？还有，这种

叫eaglelift。他先测了下各个房间的沉降，然后去看了下crack。他说水平的没什么问
题，竖直的反而比较糟糕。我问他需要fix么？他说不需要。但是我在网上和版上看了
下，大家都说水平的比较严重，还有至少要把crack封起来防止潮气腐蚀。所以我现在
有点不太相信这个inspector。也许是我太谨慎了。 |

果如下：
（1） 内墙上特别是窗户附近， 有很细的CRACK， 要紧吗？ 外面的墙上没有裂缝。
（2） 地下室， 有一个角落有点潮湿，
（３）地下室一面墙上有很细的CRACK， IＮＳＰＥＣＴＲＯＲ说是ＨＡＩＲＬＩＮ
Ｅ Ｃ
ＲＡＣＫ， 没有大问题。
（４）外面ＤＲＩＶＥＷＡＹ地面有裂缝，后院很乱，有较大的坡度，被前主人做成
了台阶。
这些是大问题吗？ 影响将来的ＲＥＳＡＬＥ 吗？ |

发帖数: 193 | 26 最近练laddering手指受伤了，只能做些简单的climb和练习Crack，发现crack jamming
还是很有意思的，这是我的一点体会
1.首先多练习可以降低手背神经的敏感度，攀岩的人手心都很粗糙，所以手背常常比手
心的肉还嫩。练习过几次后，手背明显开始粗糙，也没有以前那么怕疼了，估计没事儿
插插绿豆什么的，也可以起到练习的作用。
2.刚开始的时候只会用正手（拇指向上），后来发现其实反手（拇指向下）jamming更
好用。后来再仔细看了两段录像，发现其实多数人是一反一正，自己以前没有注意到这
个细节。比如这个片段，http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8t6bMB9WgJE&feature=player_embedded 这个女孩几乎全部是反手。反手再加一个侧身，然后虚点一只脚，可以jam得更高一些。
3.还有脚Jam的时候一定要jam的多一些，最好脚掌全部放到缝里面，Jam得少了反而更
痛苦。 |

Both of them are non structural if the wall is not load bearing.However,

Suggest u to check their manual. U probably have to provide some material
property or crack generation criteria, such as what strain begin crack.
Abacus should be able to process surface energy, strain relaxation,
