some single hbh, it actually improve tremendously. I'm still sticking with
2hbh, 1hbh when I'm on the run and opponent charges to the net. 1 hbh is
very powerful.
I don't recommend old knife to switch to 2hbh. I assume he is a crafty
player, this kind change won't benefit him much, it might act ually be more
detrimental. |

maybe different part of country use different tennis nomenclature. Here in
Texas, when I ask someone how a player plays, their typical response:
"the guy stays on the baseline, hits heavy shots" ==> baseline topspin
grinder, the heavy part indicates the strong topspin
"the guy hits with a good pace" ==> the guy hits the ball more flat,
although could have topspin too, but flat and speed is more noticable. He
most likely like to hit off rise and ball comes back fast.

是去年12月初打的。对手还是那个我以前奔过的打球很crafty 的白人老头。上回奔后
就有同学建议不能一味的用力，企图overpower 对手，因为他他非常会借力打角度，要
多调动他。这场比赛我就贯彻了这么个思想，大量运用了削球，drop, Lob 等尽量控制
球的落点，不让他站着打。最后我比分很close 地输了。
这是第二个SET中几个连续的Game， 因为有一些有意思的points.

大风大浪他都见过,所以他心态太稳,战术明确,对自己该打什么不该打什么非常清楚。
你技术,跑动比他强,但经验,球感,战术输他。
其实你该非常珍惜他,他对你帮助会很大。你该用他来mold你的game style. So
ALWAYS have a clear game plan when you play him. Remember my 3Rs.
我会建议你用我之前的战术赢他几个比赛后再练其他的对付他

翻容易打spin, 不翻容易打pace.... 如果4.5是目标， 那无所谓，两者都可以， 看你
自己喜欢那个， 和自己的打法了。
翻适合wait for the ball, 不翻可以让time the ball 更容易。 you know where I
stand on this one. :)
对wsn想上 5.0或更高， 翻is the way to go. 不翻的这点pace, 在4.0里可以称雄，
4.5里可以立足，再上去还是得靠综合技术。 练童子功的一般都很喜欢这种pace,
crafty 的solid 4.5也不怕这种pace. high and heavy 会更有效。 这个pace 加精准
和consistency不容易练，打 high and heavy margin多。 |
