总之中国大陆尤其是中共各级人员是cram突击应付上级老板的高手。学术学术，cram高

what are the cause and how to avoid it.
I felt the electrolyte solution is bullshit.
Is it because of lack of training? how to train accordingly?
is it because running too fast in the first half? does stable speed help?
Or is it because changing posture due to injury increase the chance of crams

他们的人口可是华人和犹太人的好几倍啊。
