l****v 发帖数: 40 | 3 刚刚开始第34周,昨晚九点半开始感觉像月经第二天最痛那种CRAMPING(我没有过痛经
,所以不是那种要死要活的痛,不知道这种形容大家能理解么),大概20分钟,然后就
是半夜四点又开始,没有九点那次那么痛,但是还是像来例假一样,一直疼到早上六点
,觉得恶心和轻微头痛(不知道是不是没睡好造成的),后来实在坚持不住,睡到八点
起来,发现还是在痛,但是轻多了,量了血压正常,还是不放心给OB打了电话,结果让
我过去做检查,先做了non-stress test,开始说就20分钟,但是孩子在里面狂动,
monitor老得调整,结果大概花了一个多小时吧,婴儿心跳正常,没有labor signs(
fetal heartbeat baseline: 150, ob说没有出现heartbeat hills应该不是prelabor)
;但是测出我一直有mild contractions,但是跟511差得远呢,可是我完完全全感觉不
到传说中的contraction(就是变硬收紧啥的都没感受到,唯一就是经痛,护士说那也
是宫缩表现,大汗)

总之,注意监控出血的问题,如果有鲜血,立刻打电话给OB。如果疼得厉害,或年龄大
,或有宫外或流产纪录,可以考虑做阴超排除宫外的可能。

症状:
半夜有一下微痛,有点像例假的痛,没有反应过来继续睡;早晨起来后发现床单上有一
个2元钱大的血斑,上厕所的时候也发现有鲜红色,犹如第一天例假时的少量出血。
肚子有时候有点紧。小朋友有在频繁的动,但是不异常。没有绞痛出现。
现在正在卧床休息。
OB电话说如果没有绞痛cramping,就继续卧床休息观察。我有点手足无措。

没事侧一下看见POSITIVE给自己点安慰。哈哈。我没有SPOTTING而且从昨天下午也就没
再感觉到什么CRAMPS。昨天晚上有点头晕,感觉不是MORNING SICKNESS(千万不是,否
则这么早太恐怖了)。我倒是平时就爱头晕,所以不是特别担心。我礼拜五和礼拜一都

my guess is that he cramped in lap 2 on the bike -- his speed dropped from
16mph to 14.4mph. Cramping is caused by three things -- too much torque,
lack of fluid, or lack of electrolyte. Since he's only going at 16mph, and
he's got plenty of water with him, I'm guessing that he's not taking in
enough electrolytes, and he's depleting it even more as the race goes
further -- the aid stations only provide gatorade, which is by far not

我的预产期是九月十八号,32岁,头胎,女宝。从第一次bc检查开始,预计的产期就比
九月十八号迟。在34周的时候ob发现宫高偏小,加上有妊娠贫血,因此又做了一次bc,
结果是孩子在正常偏小的范围,所以恶补了一阵。一直觉得会overdue,所以九月十八
号没有任何动静家里人都很淡定,希望她在肚子里多长长。到了九月二十号ob又让我做
了一次bc,预计小孩七磅九盎司。我从小特别怕疼,36周开始要做内检,疼的大呼小叫
,估计门口等的其他孕妇都被吓坏了,就跟ob讨价还价,ob很nice的答应我 due day
之前不做内检了。九月二十号ob说一定要做内检了,还是疼的受不了,又没做成。ob直
接定了9月25号催产,我还不太放心,希望在等等,ob很坚决地说不能再拖了,事实证
明ob的英明伟大。
挑的ob被评为本市最好的,但是所在的医院离家开车要25分钟。
9月25号下午4点35到达医院办手续,填完各种表格后5点被带到病房,估计这间病房专
门用来给催产孕妇,连陪睡的沙发床都很宽大。换好病号服后就开始绑上两条测胎心和

这偶尔一次吵架不会影响孩子,他现在比细胞大不到哪儿去,神经什么都还没发育呢,
没有感知力。
以后要注意保持自己情绪。
孕初期小腹有轻微cramping是正常的,因为子宫在长大,肌肉组织被撑开会痛的。
一般你躺着休息的时候,更容易感受到cramping。
如果是持续或者强烈的cramping就要引起注意,多卧床休息。 |

前两周google了一下1st trimester spotting,据说出现概率大概有30%,还是挺常见的,
大部分都没什么问题,不用担心.当然了,google中文网站的结果就很不一样了,搞得我很
紧张~ 所以,如果不放心的话,就打电话问问医生,免得心里老想着这事.

edit: 目标重新设定在138磅。10月底到达吧。

热量消耗:620cal。忙活一个小时,大概也就是2罐可乐的热量。
速度低,且心跳偏高了,刚开始,下次估计还不如这个,慢慢地才会好起来。
下午吃了3.5磅黄樱桃当晚饭,加2个小面包,4个小时之后去跑步的。
