（１）大脑是不是需要糖类，酮代谢能不能给大脑供能？
（２）不吃碳水，会不会导致智力下降？
（３）智力下降包括哪些症状？智力和记忆力是一回事么？你现在的症状符合么？
（４）你现在的碳水量达到酮代谢了么？
（５）记忆力跟什么因素有关？
下面数帖逐一回答。
（1）大脑一般情况下确实主要靠糖来支持能量。这个糖，是血糖，也就是葡萄糖，也
就是单糖。
一般来说，这个糖，是从肝糖原中直接调用大血液，由cerebral artery直接带入大脑。
因此，大脑消耗的是单糖。事实上，淀粉等多糖是完全不能进入大脑的。
在cranium base和脖子之间，有个大的屏障，也就是血脑屏障。
血脑屏障，是个很严格的半透膜，一般分子量大点的分子，都是不能透过的。
