我家２岁不到的小朋友今年得了２次。第一次发烧２天，cranky１天，然后手脚嘴巴周
围发包，但是没有影响吃饭喝水。在家休息一周后回daycare。对了，到了后期有点不
严重拉稀，估计是在排毒。第二次没有发烧，cranky半天，手脚发包。一天也没有休息
，每天上daycare，老师说不发烧，发包没什么传染性了。没吃药。
不过第二次把我传上了。我是先嗓子痛，没烧，然后手脚发包。大人包和小孩不同，非
常非常疼。在家忍了３天，才开始变好。没吃药。
我国内的侄女（３岁）今天也得了２次。症状比较厉害，几天不能吃饭，喝水，送到医
院打点滴。
看你们家小朋友的症状，应该不太严重。注意多喝水，排毒。一周左右就会好的。 |

我觉得你的老二在4岁这个样子有些麻烦，但还算正常。你这里所描述的问题都不是原
则问题，只需要你宽容和耐心去等待。可能是你大宝从小到大太懂事了，因此你会觉得
二宝这样特别麻烦。
我的二宝2岁半之前是我自己带的，一切都很好，基本上不生病，也没有terrible two
的问题非常的sweet。2岁半以后上一家连锁店的daycare，上了一年多，
（到现在3岁半） 人也是变得越来越Cranky and sensitive. 他也非要自己系安全带，
自己要做的事情就一定要做，别人不能帮忙，别人动一下手都得全部重新来过，
动不动就哭来表示。绝大部分时候只要时间允许我都尽量耐心等待他，只有在实在没有
时间时我才强制帮忙。
我的二宝还一直表现出不喜欢daycare，后来我观察发现他那个班有个男孩喜欢抢我二
宝的而那老师不怎么管，估计这样二宝在daycare不开心，而我也觉得那老师没有爱心，
果断换另外一个二宝喜欢的班。效果如何要过一段时间再看看。 因为根据我对大宝的

了我们就不用装了，前提是Management Company听不到投诉，基本上就是don't ask
don't tell
我们搬进来之前交了500块的地毯inspection fee给Management Company，大家心照不
宣：钱交了，但是不make inspection appointment，等于地毯不装，他们也装作不知
道。
现在又这么强硬地要求要装地毯，估计是楼下大力投诉的结果。楼下是一个很cranky的
退休老头，有一次我们坐在沙发上看电视安安静静的还被他砸天花板说我们make noise。
自己请律师估计花费是多少个400块都打不住啊。。。会有用吗？我们只是觉得奇怪，
因为90天期限他们从来也没来要求inspection，然后突然送个律师信要我们付律师费，
如果我们这10天之内装好地毯了也算符合他们最初的要求了，凭什么还要我们付律师费？

来，一般会在车里睡着，然后我们把他连座椅一起搬回家，让他再睡一会儿。这段时间
我正好用来做晚饭。现在好了，人家在convertible carseat里睡着之后，只要一抱出
来就醒，然后就闹。试过再哄他睡，可惜不work. 然后就是不好好吃饭，一晚上都
cranky.
好想念他在infant carseat里睡得香甜的样子。 |

涕什么的，但是有拉肚子，不喝
奶，吃粥，面条什么的还好，小人很cranky，保姆说是长牙，小人也不张嘴给我们看，
一副可怜兮兮的样子，好
不容易长到25%的体重，两天退回到10%，郁闷。有没有有经验的妈妈，给说说，谢谢啦
！要不明天又得看医

发帖数: 1019 | 36 黄疸了我不知道。咱宝宝没黄，妈妈前3-4天都没奶，宝宝体重跌了10%。我们试过用细
管子在宝宝吸的时候加点formula，但是很少。这样可以稍微减少点宝宝的cranky，但
主要还是让宝宝吸，刺激妈妈奶量。后来妈妈奶来了，很够宝宝吃的，几天就恢复了。
我觉得加不加formula都可以，不过尽量让宝宝多吸妈妈的奶。 |

发帖数: 333 | 40 之前稍稍sleep training了一下，白天晚上睡觉都还不错。不过最近白天nap总是45分
钟准时醒，就是睡不到第二个周期。而且简直和书上一模一样的就是，如果能睡一个半
小时，醒来了就自己玩，看到人来了笑的跟花一样。如果只睡了45分钟，醒来了就特别
cranky，特别是中午的nap，然后一下午都很不开心的样子，逗也逗不笑。以前她45分
钟醒来了，通常不理她，过几分钟又睡着了，可是最近好像自己怎么也睡不回去。如果
想进去哄她的话，完了，她立刻精神了。
像这样的情况是不是就是CIO最管用？可是有时候人家自己呆上半小时也睡不着。请有
类似经验的妈妈指点一下。 |

引起night waking和小孩子的cranky。
我一个同学的第三个孩子，都是自己入睡的，也是出牙的时候经常醒。
我觉得和小孩子的痛觉阈值有关，有些小孩感觉没那么痛，有些小孩有一点痛可能就会
睡不好。 |

出了tummy time和jumperoo，还有什么其他activity他可以作马？
他早上的nap经常还可以，可以睡个一个小时，但是下午大多数时间总是只有半小时，
40分钟，一般2点多，3点就醒了，然后到了晚上睡觉前因为太累，就很cranky.
我其实也想延长nap之间的时间，但是他不知道怎么回事，一般一点多就困了，就算早
上那觉是11点多起的也这样。如果不让他睡就会overtired. |

当然孩子性格不一样，也很难说是不是co-sleep的原因，选择co-sleep也是因为我比较
听不得哭，又懒得去想别的办法，而且我也比较enjoy。现在我老大也是很sweet的，虽
说有些时候开始表现preteen的症状的。 |

可以三小时不睡的.而且特别CRANKY,可把我们折腾坏了
后来按两小时,甚至更短的时间来调整,才发现不是人家不想睡,是累的睡不着了.
不能等到很明显累了再睡,要一点点SIGN的时候,比如眼睛稍微发了一下直,加上时
间做参考,来安排睡觉时间.
我还是建议看HEALTHY SLEEP HABIT, HAPPY CHILD的书. CLB只讲方法,而且挺教条的,
严格按那个来很不容易.我说的那本书里面有理论,看明白以后再参考CLB就可以
更灵活的根据孩子的情况来安排时间了.
最重要的是孩子要休息好,吃好:P |

发帖数: 1019 | 45 对。宝宝累过头非常cranky，而且也难哄睡。我也不爱CLB，太太严格，而且对有的宝
宝（比如说我家超爱睡的）睡觉时间太少，而且教条主义啊。amazon上有很多评价，我
很同意。HEALTHY SLEEP HABIT, HAPPY CHILD很好。
宝宝0-3个月其实只要培养睡吃玩的规律。每次醒来就吃，吃完换尿布，然后玩会，然
后再睡。大概3-4个小时一个周期。这样的routine就很好了。小宝宝真的是只要睡好，
吃好，别的都没什么。太小还养不成坏习惯呢，要抱就抱，哄就哄，奶睡也好，都行。
大了（4/5个月后），再讲规矩。 |

发帖数: 1867 | 46 宝宝这一个多月来都是3天才poop一次，我看书上说formula fed的宝宝一般1-2天应该
poop一次，也觉得宝宝太久不拉实在不健康。但是宝宝吃睡正常，肚子不硬，也不
fussy，便便也不硬。
上次宝宝6天没拉，到第七天被我灌了prune juice才拉，但是宝宝也一直精神好，不
cranky，便便也软的。之前也有揉肚子，登自行车，温度计+vaseline捅屁屁，现在每
天都给宝宝喂少少水（<10ml per day)希望加速排便，可都没啥效果。
觉得似乎prune juice还有效，可是又怕每次都靠这个宝宝有了依赖怎么办？
宝宝看着一点不急，当妈的不淡定了啊。 |
