但是因为我之前都是做10reps为主,所以用现在HST的10reps最大重量比一个月前
的水平比较consistent
one month ago now
chest press DB: 85s*10 90s*10 (can barely do 2 sets)
shoulder press: 45s*10 60s*10 (这个进步最大)
shoulder raise: 25s*10 30s*10
biceps curl(machine): 140*10 150*10
sit lat pull down: 180*10 195*10
剩下的项目进步不大或者之前没有对比项
当然这里面综合因素也很多
正面因素:
1.on creatine
2.最近吃的比较好

100 lbs *11 (2个多月前只能 100 lbs *5,90 lbs*10)
算下来one rep max从120 lb增到139 lb
增幅 15.8%
体重比那时候增加了8.5%
lean mass大概增加了3 lb
围度从41 inch 增加到现在42.5~43 inch(当然脂肪也贡献了不少围度)
现在终于有C cup了,下围93cm,上围 109 cm
其中1个月在国内只能维持性训练,最近2个月是用新的1周单循环的练法,一个肌群
一周练1次,一周5练
chest day训练项目是
barbell BP 5~6 sets (15,12,12,10,6)
DB incline BP 4 sets (12,10,10,8)
平板 DB fly 4 sets (12,10,10,8)
chest press machine 3 sets (12,10,10) 高seat,侧重下胸
chest fly machine 4 sets (10,10,10,10) 组间休息30s

我有些day会偷懒
比如day2的腿,day5的back
玩命儿的都是day1,3,4
跟着这个计划的营养吃得很好,蛋白,carbs就不说了,一天10~15g的glutamine、10g的
BCAA,也更注意营养供给的timing
我虽然在用jack3d,但是感觉没有creatine那么明显的boost
也就是早上起来提提神。。。(因为我都是6~8am练)
但是周六真的会很累(day5 back完了之后)
所以现在周末都不出去运动了,有朋友叫我我就说你们是一周宅5天周末运动
我跟你们相反
总体来说gene上我是恢复速度很快的体质,这也是我的一个优势
不足的地方是我睡眠真的很少,weekday平均6小时而已 |

1/29 the pain from muscle is killing me. my champian coach email me said:
I got a call for fitness video shooting in miami, I will be back in 8 days.
here is the routine you can do during this time.
I got a partner on 1/27.
slightly works on bench push, and lower leg carb and triceb.
and 10 min running.
total is 1/29.
all cardio for 1 hour using kinect dance central 2.
and 20 min practicing triceb.
the pain from muscle wake me up 3 times last night.

that's 130 g protein.
my weight is 155lb.
is this enough?
should i do another 30g protein after I come out of gym?

2. I did not try max weight now and start lighter.
3. 20 min jogging help.
4. the protein I have eat may help a lot.

trainer did not mention how much running I should do. what do you suggest
for running.
I try to do 20 minutes warming up running. I guess this is not what you
referred. |

a***a 发帖数: 40617 | 20 我keto(可不是限制,是完全30g以下甚至10g以下的限制)的时候的体会是one rep
max影响不大,后面的供能跟不上
比如如果都是3~5reps的比,keto和不keto重量没区别
但是延长到10reps以上的,就有比较明显区别了
后来我看了书以后感觉可以接受的解释就是
头几秒都是靠atp和creatine供能,所以肌肉有没有糖原无所谓
但是10秒以后需要glycolysis供能了,有没有糖原就有区别了
我现在的看法是,不是特别着急(比如一个月要cut 20 lb,参加比赛,相亲,beach
showoff之类),不需要上keto
我现在大概15%,准备用2个月的时间试试现在这个plan,如果能顺利降到我keto时候的
体脂肪(10~12%),然后比较一下肌肉是少了还是多了,再review这个plan
如果还有必要,比如向8%前进,可以再重新捡起keto
3:4:3配比是一回事,carbs的质量也是一个重要的考量
建议全部换成缓释碳水(glycemix index 《 50)的
另外有的人建议配比可以根据人的体质调节,如果是“天然肥”的,可以进一步

分别创造以下PR @ 175 lb bodyweight
Dumbbells incline Bench Press

one rep max: 100 lb
decline sit-ups with weight
55 lb *10

去年同期刚开始恢复weight training时候的数据大概是(@160 lb bodyweight)
incline DB press: 60 lbs
shoulder press: 47 lbs
基本上一年都涨了一倍
因为gym最大的DB是100 lb,1,2个月前平板就已经十几个了。所以开始incline
这样用的重量小点,看来很快incline也没有DB玩了。。。
搞不好年底shoulder也没DB玩了。。。

虽然每次一个多小时,但是在BCAA+Creatine的帮助下依然能坚持每组15个,喘着粗气做
完24组,大幅度提高有氧耐力啊.好久不玩这么多组的训练了,后几组的时候精神都不能
集中了,记得只有高中的时候热情巨高涨的时候才能在健身房呆4个小时不无聊.去年的
训练基本都是5x5或者3x5力量举,花上一个多小时认真雕琢肌肉还挺需要意志力的. |

人家健身人员的1/10的量或1/5的量。但晚上有时睡不着觉,后来我就不吃了。吃了是

After the first couple of years of lifting your muscles would mature. Unless
you give them reasons to grow, with progressive load, your growth will halt
.
I guess you noticed most people in the gym looked the say month after month.
They lift the same weight too. It may not be a problem if you want to
maintain or cut. But to grow/bulk you need to break your PR, with heavier
weights or more reps.
