这种人人都能想到的主意早就有人实施过了，法院关于这方面的案例一堆一堆的，都不
用特意去查，教科书上就有。别说这么明显的方法，有个案例里面有人费劲心思一个一
个的用特复杂的方式连卖带spin off，子公司与母公司，新公司老公司之间合并分拆，
分拆再合并，上天下地的折腾了一番，想留一个烂摊子破产，最后都被法院给否了。除
非你想说这两年美国司法烂透了，不然这么简单老旧的方法我看不到成功的可能性。
“谁给股东赔过钱？”，你还是没搞明白股东和债权人的区别。公司破产时要先赔抵押债权人(secured creditor),然后是非抵押债权人(unsecured creditor),然后才能轮到股东。 |

证据来证明，结果奚落了你自己。能拿来骂土工的实例万万千，因为土工的bond本来就
是unsecured的，优先级比别的secured creditor，比如有抵押品的银行要低。你偏找
一个反例来。
这就是知其然而不知其所以然胡乱google的坏处啊，容易让自己变成笑料。

that s why GM needed chap 11. that is to shake off liabilities. Either by
out right default or debt to equity.
Typically during a chap 11, a few things happen. 1. creditors get a fraction
of their loan value back in cash or equity which reduces liability. 2.
pensions are restructured, which reduces liability. 3. costs are cut via
layoffs, pay cuts, site closures which eliminate unprofitable assets and
reduce liabilities.

1）打电话给信用卡公司关闭遗失信用卡
2）打电话给3大信用机构加Fraud Alert，这个initial alert持续90天
（只要联系其中任何一个机构即可，他们会通知另外两个机构。推荐联系TransUnion）
3）Credit Monitoring
当你加完Fraud Alert，去三大机构索要免费credit report，看有没有可疑hard in
quiries和新账号出现
4）Free Annual Report是另外一个索取免费credit report的方法，一年一次
当你索要credit report时，最好三个机构的同时要，因为creditors可能只查某一家
机构，同时拿到三个report是为了得到更完备的信息。置底有citi $5/month的credit
mon
itoring程序，也推荐使用
5) 如果人家拿到SSN办了新卡或新账号，打电话去对方关新账号
去警察局报案

钱，我一直没收到账单，后来收到了，我和保险公司对了一下，发现医院账单和保险公
司的EOB不一样。我要求保险公司调查，如果确实该我付钱，我就会付的，保险公司调
查需要30天，医院也知道这个。我前几天寻思着调查结束，一直打电话给保险公司问这
个事情，上周终于弄清楚了我自己需要付这个，于是就把payment寄给医院了。平信寄
的。
结果今天收到collections company的信：

你的730分数是虚的.所有人的信用记录建立起来之后,因为上面没有负面记录,因此按照
各大局的计算模型,你的分数肯定都在700+.但这不代表CREDITOR对你的认可.未来再申
卡的时候你就会发现,CREDITOR对于你的分数基本上是无视的,分数只是一个非常笼统地
概括你的信用情况的概念,UNDERWRITER更注重的是你的信用历史长度,有否迟还款,DEBT
RATIO,HARD PULL的数量这些.
其次,PREAPPROVE=NOTHING.
已多次指出,信用卡公司负责发广告的部门和审批的部门是没有相交的.发广告的部门只
要从信用局取得你的资料,有了你的名字和地址,就可以发"PREAPPROVE"的信了.你用这
些信申请和在没有这些信的情况下申请,基本上没有任何差别.
AMEX给你6000多的CL是属于慷慨,CAP1给你500是体现他们的务实,不能因为拿了个高的
CL就感觉自己的信用真的上去了,也不要因为人家只给你500的CL就觉得人家鄙视你.
