早饭一杯豆奶+一块sausage+一点煎蛋
下午一块sausage，剩下的煎蛋，一carbmaster酸奶
晚上出去吃的，一大盘cobb salad,blue cheese dressing，还吃了点牛肉

早午饭各类小吃，不知怎么描述，直接上图片，没有吃那个面包条，吃了很多cheese
dip，有点担心，不知道里面有没有放淀粉
吃完午饭已经吃不下了，但又不能不吃，勉强吃了点ham色拉虾
晚上又是一波，各类cheese snack，cream creese为主
全天diet cock不断
晚上121.2lb，哎

Since ggbc2 is close to my place I prefer to pick up from people who
can arrive there early since I will be there early...
