不知道有没有方法用retain来做这样counts也能对应

常。其他检查都没有问题。病人饮食也正常。amlodipine是病人必须用的降压药，因为
只有这药对病人血压有效。血压不是一直都低，是一天的某个时段。可能需要减少
amlodipine或 Irbesartan用量。停用statin的4天里，INR就从2.27降到1.29。可见华
法林与其它药物的相互作用是很明显的。
我把我最近查到的跟大家分享一下：
涉及的华法林的代谢CYP450同工酶包括CYP2C9，2C19，2C8，2C18，1A2和3A4。更有效
的华法林的S-对映异构体是由CYP2C9代谢，而R-对映异构体是由CYP1A2和3A4代谢。
amlodipine是3A4的抑制剂。瑞舒伐他汀（Crestor）经CYP2C9代谢。所以停用了瑞舒伐
他汀，对法华林代谢抑制减少很多，INR明显降低。
大多数他汀类药物通过细胞色素P450（CYP）代谢途径代谢;阿托伐他汀（
atorvastatin），辛伐他汀（simvastatin），洛伐他汀（美降脂，Altocor）通过

【欧洲时报海洋编译】据《回声报》11月28日报道，社会保险机构2016年的药费报销总
额是185亿欧元，而10种药就占了25亿。
这是公共财政的老问题：健康无价，但有成本。《世界报》分析了可报销药数据库Open
Medic的数据，制定了社保机构花费最贵10大药品排行榜。
第一：阿达木单抗(Humira，亦译修美乐)
Biogen制药公司生产，主要医治类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎，每年报销额4.6亿欧
元。
第二：雷珠单抗(Lucentis)
瑞士制药公司诺华(Novartis)生产，每年报销额 3.22亿欧元。医治糖尿病性黄斑水肿
、糖尿病性视网膜病变。
第三：眼科药Eylea (注射药名阿柏西普)
拜耳公司(Bayer)生产，报销额2.59亿欧元。用途同上。

知道服用这个药的朋友有没有这个副作用呢？是否要停一段时间等副作用减弱才继续呢

肉无力。是这个药的副作用。

息。如果不是本版的信息，我大概又会重复若干年前的错误。
大约七、八年前，我曾经有过两个月内成功把体重从185磅降到165磅的经历，不过当时
完全是胡来，饿着不吃饭，实在受不了就出去跑步。体重是降下来了，但真的是身心俱
焚，不久膝盖部位就做了手术，而且这之后一想起减肥就打哆嗦。
最近五、六年，体重不知不觉涨到了190磅左右。我身高只有176，所以BMI指数
overweight。加上饮食习惯不是很健康，cholesterol也超标。虽说这几年一直靠吃
crestor把cholesterol稳定住了，但我的心脏医生每隔几个月就会提醒我要把体重降到
170磅以下。可是我总是会想起以前的减肥经历，信心不足无法付诸行动。
今年暑期去旅游，感觉身体机能下降很多，肠胃总是涨涨的感觉，排泄不畅，而且整个
八月份的睡眠也很差。其实以前我是很能跑、能跳、能吃、能睡的啊！虽说早已经是大
叔的年龄，但还是不想就这么交代了，所以9月初郑重决定开始减肥！

etc, they are available in China.
no recent MI, no stent, you do not need Plavix, Effient or Brillianta
low dose Rivaroxaban is currently under investigation for patient with
history of acute coronary syndrome to improve cardiovascular outcomes.
The link you posted is not a drug on the US market, I wouldn't trust that. |

发帖数: 688 | 22 Crestor 在中国汉人的代谢比较特殊，治疗剂量比美国人的要小，同样的剂量产生的副
作用要大。先看看lipid panel然后可以考虑换一种statin试试，不过要注意和
amlodipine的药物反应，需要减少dose。然后monitor LFT. |

停用statin 观察一段时候都可以，我以为。
Warfarin有好多好多不同的剂量，建议还是别剪了。换个正确的dose吧。 |

常有噎挺感），从消化内科转到心内科治疗了三个星期。现在爸爸出院大概3个星期，
在家歇着。他现在在吃倍他洛克和可定 （Rosuvastatin ，Crestor)。问题如下：
1. 他想问问可定还要不要吃？他的理由是这样的：可定是降血脂的，他的血脂都正常
，是不是就不用吃了？他还担心吃可定会不会把血脂降到太低，对身体有什么不好的影
响？
我大概看了一下，可定是他汀类（statin) 药物，内源性胆固醇合成酶特异性抑制剂。
好像还有其它非降脂作用。总体上能稳定斑块和逆转斑块。我好像看到可定能增加胰岛
素抗性和增加二型糖尿病的风险。我听我妈说我爸有一次血糖值快到临界了。我还问了
国内的一个心内医生，她说是要吃的。她建议把可定换成立普妥（Atorvastatin，
lipitor)，说是可定造成血糖升高的风险大一些。
各位医生，你们建议我爸还吃这个药吗？要是吃，应该吃多久呢？
2.还有一个问题，出院以后爸爸一直在家，没有到外面去过。他现在感觉还可以。想问
问什么时候能下楼去活动？我家住五楼，没电梯，要爬上爬下。
