军队里abuse的情况并不多见。尤其是针对minority 和 female的。
原因很简单，这玩意沾上就甩不掉。 尤其军队很多时候是疑罪从有的逻辑。 一个
female report你harras 或者 abuse,就是没有查你两年你升职学校啥的都freeze, 而
且后面就是无罪也不会给你补
这次Danny Chen的 case也明显是军队为了减轻压力直接把那8个倒霉蛋拿来顶罪。 5个
crimial的就不说了，另外3个肯定不是honorable discharge那P benefit都不会有了。 |

DS-160-Have you ever been arrested or convicted for any offense or crime？
我不知道怎么填
今年我因为把几个纸箱子丢在了路边被别人举报illegal dumping，然后收到了
environmental board的citation。
说交500 罚款或者去hearing。我去了hearing和judge说不是有意的，judge减少了罚款
数额。
然后我交了罚款.让我罚款的信上写的是being charged with vilation.
现在问题是这个ds160问题太笼统。我不知道填yes还是no
我这个算是vilation of environmental law.而且我交了罚款，所以算是convicnted
for offense？
但这也不算是crimial law。 真的不知道怎么办
问了一个律师说让我填yes，保险起见，因为如果填no的话可能有风险。
但是填yes会不会有拒签风险？

background check. I received FBI fingerprint form from HireRight today. I
can't believe that I have to pay the fee for the background check. In my
prior experience, I did not receive FBI crimial check form, and I never had
to pay the background check fee.
Is it normal for the 'future' employee to pay the fees?

1. out of legal staus during staying at US
2. Crimial Issues (such as arrested)
3. miss the finger print or RFE or interview appointment.
4. lie or provide the fake application materials.
5. Visa was not available at the time of filing I-485. (I know USCIS should
not accept documents in that case, still if they accept in error it could be
reason for denial)
6. Applicant is out of country at the moment of filing

good kid,” it is so annoying! His father taught his son to be a crimial.
he should feel shame on himself!
what can we do to protest this kind of violence, to this kind of bad

吵架中，男友自己不小心把手弄破了。
后男友大叫报警。邻居报警后，女方被拘捕。
保释后警方按felony起诉。
现在紧急求推荐一个orange county, or 洛杉矶附近 有经验，而且负责任的domestic
violence 律师帮助打官司。
女方还是h1b.很希望能保留移民身份。

举个例子，据说每年NYPD都能从机场逮捕很多托运枪到纽约的游客，因为纽约机场是
gun free zone，有的航空公司不知道，也让人托运了，游客以为只要放在枪盒里锁上
贴上标枪就行了。
以下法律解释基于2013年3月的FL statue 776和790，枪法日息万变，请枪友不要以此
为准。
先说非CCW的情况：
在佛罗里达，满足以下五要素可以开枪自卫，不管有没有CCW：（按照重要程度排行）
1. 犯罪行为对受害者使用暴力：强奸，抢劫，绑架，劫车（注意是car jacking，不是
grand theft）。如果犯罪人偷你的车，你在楼上看上了，不能使用枪。如果犯罪人把
你从车上拽下来，抢你的车，可以使用枪。
2. 致命武力：犯罪人是否有能力威胁到你的肉体和生命安全（手里又刀，有枪，有棒
球棍等等）
3. 犯罪人有没可能用使用上边的致命武力：如果犯罪人手里有刀，但是你和他隔得很
远，或者中间有墙，那么不行，因为他刺不到你。
4. 你能否劝服正常人相信犯罪人威胁到了你：犯罪人手里有棒球棍，冲你走过来，但

ps has to withdraw in the end. No one is going to risk being charged to
play. You can get by with vpn or something. but tt is still too much risk. |

did it again this year on AC trip with mini gathering. And he already said
he will miss the annual Vegas trip. Crimial! Sick! Having bunch of poker

forms.
