刚从Mall出来，在停车场倒车，当时也是开了一天车太累了，然后倒车的时候没注意就
碰到人家停着的车上了。当时没意识到撞了人家的车还是怎么回事，以为是后备箱没关
好，于是下来看了下自己的车，看到自己的车没问题就走了。
十天以后收到警察的Note和电话，说是regarding to that car accident，结果当
天晚上十二点多赶去警察局做了笔录。警察问我之前是什么情况，我就说我在倒车，
然后可能撞到了东西。警察问我为什么走了，我说我不知道应该做什么，（因为对方的
车上也没人，而且我没意识到会有多么严重）然后警察就给我发了Misdemeanor
Summons.我觉得很对不起Victim然后就跟警察说让他可以把我的联系方式给victim然后
我可以给她赔偿。
警察给我发Misdemeanor Summons的同时告诉我12月29日要上court，当时我就他这
个算不算criminal，他说不算，不会有任何问题，我最多只会交100多的罚款然后所有

，都跟着其他车走的。。
这里我知道错了，以后真的一定注意
然后上面写的我违反了section 27-70102A3， violation那个框写的exceed 25 mph。
但是94-75=19呀。。
最后签字那里他mark的criminal而不是civil，当时签字的时候很慌没仔细看就签了，
后来才发现是criminal而且写的exceed 25跟我的情况不符。
我再去找他，当时警察还没走，警察就说打电话给court，go back to your car
然后我就只有走了
想请问一下各位，我这种情况能argue一下吗 （写的exceed 25但是实际上没有）
那个criminal是指以后就有criminal record了？
能请个律师帮忙mitigate一下吗。。。。

court and you don't have to find a lawyer because you are NOT a party to a

因素。此人被和谐几率超高。
