没想到crimp cover死活都套不住crimp bead，我费了九牛二虎之力才把第一根的珠子用
crimp bead固定住，第二根线就偷懒直接拿22gauge的wire来扭了……
唉，看来我要么需要添置一个crimp plier（这个工具貌似可以把crimp bead对折），要
么需要再去买一些尺寸大一点的crimp cover了 |

1.关于full length sizing，全长整型
我用的是LEE RGB die set，希望自己的方法简单，
高效，而且低成本，所以我在用过LEE的润滑剂以后，
决定使用一些低成本的方法，比如机油和羊毛脂，
试用机油以后，我遇到了机油难清洗的问题，上次我也在
这里问过怎么去机油，后来我发现用DAWN的洗碗剂
就很好，关键是不要用太多的机油，刚开始试用机油的时候，用量太多，把弹壳都泡在机油里面，结果弹壳上很多
机油，润滑效果虽然好，但是很难清洗干净，press上面也到处是油。后来，我又试过泡一批弹壳，先把一个泡过油的弹壳做整形，后面跟四个没有泡过机油的弹壳，还是同样的问题—— 机油污染，难清洗。
这么折腾了几次以后，我想，是不是可以试着少用一点保证一样的效果，就试着用一个ziplock的袋子把一百多弹壳装里面，然后放1ml的机油，封好袋子以后揉搓，尽量让每个弹壳的表面都抹了机油，再把一个弹壳里面灌一些机油，大概1ml左右，直接在die里面，打掉底火，让那个顶底火的针表面都糊上些机油。
其他的弹壳，按照往常的方式，顶底火，做整形。

很多NATO弹的弹壳，包括一些223REM底标的弹壳，都有crimped primer,
我因为PMC X-TAC弹壳，crimped primer hole，损失了很多的底火
经常是底火不能完全按进底火孔里，一半在外面，最可恶的是，歪了...
为此，我买了个RCBS的SWAGER KIT，用来扩底火孔，但是有些扩了以后
弹壳还是很难把底火装进去，虽然是显著降低里浪费掉的底火。
直到上次买回来一堆 once fired brass, 1600+个弹壳，
发现里面有些弹壳的底火孔，crimp那部分被钻掉了，
哼，这个我也可以啊，取来电钻，装个很少用到的十字螺丝头，
对着底火孔转几圈，底火孔周围那些毛毛刺刺清理干净，
再装底火，顺滑....

弹头的选择： 铅弹头不耐高温，容易有铅蒸汽和残留， 所以我尽量不用铅弹头和FMJ,
9mm我用的是Montana Gold 115Gr CMJ 和 124Gr JHP
捡蛋壳： 军剩弹壳有primer crimp, 不好用; Remington的有点小, PMC的有点软，
Winchester的好坏不一。 SB, FC, CBC 是我的首选。 不过在SB的蛋壳上用CCI primer
有点紧。
火药: 参见powder burn chart, titegroup 属于高速燃烧和高温类别的， 用于light
load比较好。 HP38用于中低速（1000以下），中短程。 Universal Clays可用重一点
的弹头，可以 hot load。 有人喜欢Accurate No. 2, 5, 7, 9, 有人喜欢Alliant
Bulleye，Unique。 我大部分用的是Universal Clays.
light load时火药可能燃烧不充分，残留多一些， hot load会好点。

本来是想follow华人上ckittykitty mm的珍珠手链教程，可惜我这人一向不太教条，做着做着就变成了自己的想法
没有经验，技术很糟糕，总是拆了又安，安了又拆
最痛苦的是，这回买的crimp和crimp cover不配套（cover太小了，怎么用力也合不上……），我废掉了无数的crimp，最后总算是把cover给全安上了
这就是成品了，大家莫笑话我，我知道有些简陋，珠子也都是些玻璃珠子，看起来有些cheap，不过作为处女作，我还是戴上臭美了一下午:P |

首先做一下背景说明，我用的是Lake city 308 once fired case
由于是军用/军剩弹，大多数都有primer crimp, 需要用RCBS swager tool去顶一下蛋
壳的屁屁(primer pocket)把crimp去掉
问题在于我搞错了swager的次序：
我是full length sizing之后再整swager装primer的，虽然这样primer seat没有问题
，但是由于swaging die, 软软的铜蛋壳会变形！（虽然目测不容易观察到）
这是一个低级错误。 吸取教训之后, 正确的顺序应该是：
... -> deprime -> clean primer pocket -> swaging （once in the rest of the
case life )-> full length sizing -> seat primer -> ....
总而言之，就是再灌火药和座弹头的最后一步之前，要保证蛋壳尺寸的标准。
改进之后，所有的自装弹都能顺利上膛了。

游标卡尺够精确么？
我用游标卡尺量了一下，LC M855的壳是0.0110-0.0120之间，绝大多数是0.0115，
如果我按得紧点就是0.0110，一般力气就是0.0115。这个精度够么？
我的卡尺是Mitutoyo的，精度应该没有问题。
问题2：
给半自动复装的时候，为啥要用crimp die？是不是防止弹头松动？
如果我用-0.002的bushing来缩弹壳的脖子，是不是就不需要crimp die了？

发帖数: 2428 | 23 半自动用复装弹的话一定要CRIMP。因为自动上弹的时候，子弹一出弹匣的抱弹口就是
完全自由的，全是靠BOLT RAM进枪膛的。途中会撞上一切可能撞上的东西。靠的就是子
弹头在用前面的弹尖引导。如果不CRIMP，弹头在不管哪里顶一下就会缩进弹壳。这击
发的时候会产生高压，搞不好会炸膛。
AR的弹复装没啥意思。AR的进弹口和弹壳顶都是很伤弹壳的。一般能重装个两三回就差
不多了。算上复装的时间，不是很经济。 |

处理弹壳的时候，先用卡尺过一遍，然后再trim，这样不能保证弹壳长度一样。 |

方，部件，看看crimp starter的形状，然后自己做一个。
