我知道有用蠕虫来治疗肥胖症的，但是好像不是正规的疗法，有很多女人用寄生虫减肥
，就是吃蠕虫的卵，有个 yahoo group整天讨论这个。

However for Tysabri in the US/EU market, it is doing well and I am expecting
it to perform better in the near future although more PML cases are also
expected. Considering the lack of cure for Multiple Sclerosis or Crohn's
disease, I do not think the patients have many other alternative choices
other than Tysabri. |

发帖数: 367 | 14 用老早以前写的出土文物级别的文章来换奖励。是intern时候写的了。
这个月轮到普通外科。时间上远远不如上个月的急诊那么灵活，基本上就是早６到晚６
，呜呜。不过比起外科的住院医生来说，我的工作时间和强度已经算宽松的了。
普外的医生在这里做得比较多的手术，包括疝气，肠道切除，胆囊切除, breast
biopsy，褥疮手术等。都不算是特别难，时间也不算长。收入跟工作努力的程度联系得
非常密切，有的天天工作到晚上９点，做七八个手术，有的之安排半天手术，２－３个
而已。
在学生的时候，对普外的那一个月，算是又爱又恨吧。那时候挺着六个多月的大肚子，
每天早晨５点半准时开始在病房看病号，好多人还在睡梦中呢。看过病人后在病例里面
写下简短的note，外科的比内科的简单多了。
７点的时候，就跑到pre-op区，看第一个要做手术的病人，然后就准备洗手进入手术室
了。那个时候特别好强，被问到是否想scrub in surgery的时候，从来都是一样的回答
：“yes!”。。。穿了一整个月的scrubs，把裤子的抽带系到很高的位置，好象毛主席
那样，哈。

看她的症状，不象inflammatory bowel disease, 年龄也和Crohn's 不符合。CT有做盆
腔吗？有时候不完全的卵巢torsion甚至会殃及round ligament 造成牵引疼痛，也会根
据体位不同而疼痛程度不同。超声波可以再查一次吧，排除了再看别的。 |

Shanghai should be able to treat this. The cheapest and most basic
treatment option is steroids like prednisone. Other treatments including
mesalamine, Remicade, azathioprine can be quite expensive.
This is a chronic disease and can't be completely cured. He should be
prepared to take medications for life. |

的描述看她很有可能有crohns disease。听说主诊医生之前在等她TB细菌培养结果，所
以只采取保守疗法，以免造成反作用。目前来看加拿大医生的处置没什么问题，她应该
能够康复 |
