做inspection，做finance，买home warranty以后，讲所有材料交给银行，他们再批。
agent不敢百分之一百肯定银行肯定会批。
我也觉得很risky，不过实在没有办法。keep finger crosed吧！ |

neighborhood is black, north of campus is quiet nice(just drive by) but the
east and south are bad. If you didn't need go out at night better not to.
there have a apartment near school just crose the 6mile( McNichols Road)&
birchcrest have a secuity parking lot.manager is a india, you can walk to
school. also other i know is on fairfield rd east side of campus, owner is a
LAO ZHONG. you need park the car on the street. |
