The profits oil/gas companies made in last 2 years probably is more than the
last 20 years (before 2006) they gained .
Those companies should be punished, oil resources are everywhere, without

decline in July nickel futures.
Selling in the energy space was relentless. June crude oil futures fell 3.6%

准是S小于0.5%，也就是5000ppm.就算大多数S都留在oil fuel, bunker fuel里。汽油
和柴油里留有200-500ppm的H2S也都是很常见的。
还有，我不知道除S的hytrotreating unit建造价格多少了、催化剂价格多少了、氢气
价格多少了，但我说的H2S scavenger绝对是现在市场上最好的产品。实际上，国内大
多数时候用的产品要比我说的产品早2、3代。 |

“肉的种类少”和“肉的含量少”是两码事。“这个的第1项”和“那个的第1，2，
3，4项”未必在绝对含量上有太大差别。
要比绝对含量的话，我更依赖成分分析结果。比如Solid gold的crude protein 46%
vs. EVO的crude protein 50%。
至于potato的绝对含量比较，我觉得是结合比如carbohydrate%，Calories per cup
等数值的比较来看，而不是以“第几项”来下结论。
植物油有什么问题吗？Solid Gold里那个Natural Chicken Flavor和EVO成分里的
“Natural flavors”比较如何？说起来Wellness Core 猫粮里也有Natural Chicken
Flavor，不知道算不算严重问题。 |

even around. USTCAF was born on a crude mailing list (named ustc85-L) with
about 100 USTCers. Many people (including non-USTCers) hang out on a crude
BBS created by Prof. Zhang Shangyou(771) back then. There were wars among
universities on that BBS as well :)

just use HPLC to purify them from crude E.Coli expressed protein.
If you don't have one way to do that.
Refolding involves (1) denaturing and reducing (2) suddently dilute
the sample extensively to mild condition (3) get the soluble protein.
Try to search pubmed for methods or refer to any classic protein biochemistry
protocol book. Note: the yield is low(less than 10% of the crude protein
will be correctly refolded). |

I am having trouble with the simple tRNA aminoacylation reaction where E.
coli crude tRNA, E. coli S100 and 3H-Glu were added together with the AA
buffer and ATP. No charged tRNA could be detected. S100 and crude tRNA mix
have been tested to be active before in a similar experiment. The positive
control using Glu tRNA and active Glu -tRNA synthetase also didn't work. Is
anybody familiar with this reaction and suggest some possible reasons?

vector， 在e.coli(DE3)中加IPTG诱导表达，然后粉碎细胞后，提取上清液可溶总蛋白
跑SDS-PAGE,A可以看到诱导的目的蛋白， 但B看不到诱导的条带。 直接load这2个蛋白
的诱导前和诱导后的 crude cell culture，A和B都可以看到诱导后的目的蛋白。所以
我不知道为什么B蛋白在粉碎细胞后不在可溶蛋白部分，甚至一点都没有，如果是形成
了inclusion body，难道一点都不剩在可溶部分里面？
我测过序列，都是正确连接的，而且用 crude cell culture做相关的生化实验，也发
现了这两个酶的效率是很高的。 |

Usually I include crude oil future also. Sometimes also have a glance at
crude oil demand and supply. From April till now, the world curde oil supply
& demand stay on same level, no change at all. So I arrive at my judgement
on basic economic level, the economy does not have much change. |
