值得一提的是，普京2000年上台后俄罗斯经济开始探底回升，很大一个原因是因为石油
价格从2000年起开始大幅上扬，俄罗斯的丰富石油储备再次为经济增长提供动力。
但是，2000年也正是美国政治圈子非常敌视中国的一年。印象里当年美国选举都是将中
