际。而山顶上这座城堡却几近坍塌，也许曾经是一座要塞，不过总让我想起巴黎的巴士
底狱。我想，也许雷电交加的雨夜，这里风景会更好看。
音乐是有魔力的，这毋庸置疑。这首曲子，从车里的收音机里缓缓放出，让我一下把视
线抬高，掠过芸芸的楼宇，略过红砖教堂矗立的塔楼，去寻找更远处——那灰黑与蔚蓝
的天际线。那些绝望或是挫折的阴霾，一下就被这一阵清风吹开。这个秋风萧瑟的早晨

完全忘记前，挖个小坑。
我个人印象本书主要两部分，哲学思潮的发展，及其影响下transatlantic （汉译是跨
大西洋么？英美?）policy making的变迁。前1/3概述neoliberalism背后哲学思潮：也
是我比较感兴趣的所谓Austrain school下学者对WWI,II inter-war期间collectivism
，即包括德国national socialism和俄国totalaritarism的反思、批判；介绍最知名三位
Hayek, Popper, 还有一位稍年长的Mises的观点、影响；接下来本书大部分时间讨论

向晚意不适，驱车登古原, 正是当时的心境。车到山顶，俯瞰全城——这是一座中世纪就
有的城市。几座风格迥异的教堂，在芸芸众生的楼宇间脱颖而出，高高的塔尖，直指天
际。而山顶上这座城堡却几近坍塌，也许曾经是一座要塞，不过总让我想起巴黎的巴士
底狱。我想，也许雷电交加的雨夜，这里风景会更好看。
音乐是有魔力的，这毋庸置疑。这首曲子，从车里的收音机里缓缓放出，让我一下把视
线抬高，掠过芸芸的楼宇，略过红砖教堂矗立的塔楼，去寻找更远处——那灰黑与蔚蓝
的天际线。那些绝望或是挫折的阴霾，一下就被这一阵清风吹开。这个秋风萧瑟的早晨
，刚才还是万物凋零，可现在却像受到了大地母亲的抚慰。。。
