这几年cruelty free的风在欧美美妆圈刮得很大
cruelty free说白了就是拒绝动物实验
因为很多欧美小仙女们认为把小动物拿来做实验很残忍
许多品牌标榜自己cruelty free，并以此为卖点
而我们天朝的政策是需要品牌的产品经过动物实验安全才可以进入国内市场
因此许多已经或者即将进入中国市场的品牌遭到了欧美小仙女的抵制
更有某些品牌直接在其官方社交账号明确表示“we don't sell in China”
然后我想说我并不敢百分之百信任cruelty free的产品，这不是冒险拿自己的脸做试验
吗？？
还有那些欧美小仙女也许并不了解，他们所支持的那些品牌可能根本没有做动物实验的
实力他们拿着大公司大品牌已经完成动物实验确保安全的成分，来做自己的产品，再用
cruelty free的人设圈钱，卖给那些在道德高地上把自己感动哭了的小仙女
反正就觉得这种政治正确就还挺让人不解的... |

先简单说几句。
在中国，社会早就对阉人现象有了巨大反感，儒家最终成功地把太监限制到皇权周围，
不在全社会泛滥。还加上了种种限制。除了皇家，任何人敢用阉人，都是谋反死罪。皇
家也有限制，比如必须自愿，还有很多是天阉残疾等（比如王振）。
到了明朝，文人对太监的恶毒攻击，全无下限，什么九千岁，想做曹操啦，什么吃小孩
脑浆，想要再长鸡鸡啦。一堆堆全是奸人。小说，笔记，各种文字，全是信口开河的嘲
骂。某笔记小说里，一只猪是曹操转世68代后身，可以理解；而某阉猪则是太监转世。
就算是好的太监，也因为“不孝”之罪，要转世为阉猪。
从社会心理意义上，已经成功使得社会产生了“呕吐感”。江南人动不动就暴乱，打死
几个锦衣卫，太监之类（类似现代的城管）。也是此风潮之产物。锦衣卫，太监，就和
城管一样，被成功污名化，你对他们怎么样都是合理的。一般来说，要灭一个制度群体
，就要先使社会对其产生“呕吐感”。必欲除之而后快。

说政府，法律没用，而是在等待裁决的其间，作为证据的动物在SPCA的手上死去。有些
被SPCA冻死，有些被“病死”，有些就是SPCA看不顺眼“安乐”了。最后主人罪名不成
立，SPCA被判要物归原主，但是这些动物已经是死的死，病的病，有些在尿里躺了几个
月。主人一怒之下告上联邦法院。SPCA 里面的人也说奖金就靠抄家了。到底谁在ABUSE
ANIMALS? 我对城里的抄家，animal control 之类的没意见，毕竟人口密集，条件差
。这荒郊野岭的，关他们什么事。我觉得应该大力推动通过那个佛罗里达的动物保护法
，还应该全国推广。

发帖数: 3924 | 44 It makes no sense for Chinese restaurants in the US to secretly use dogs for meat. It's much easier for them to get the regular chicken, beef and pork from food vendors. If they are using dogs then they have to go through a lot of trouble to find the said dogs and then to secretly use them in the food. Why would they want to go through all that?

他被判刑有一部分是资助非法赌博活动
本来斗狗就是民愤很大的事（要不是斗狗，哪那么多到处乱跑伤人的pitbull,这个已经
超出所谓的伪君子法律了吧）），加上他是名人，肯定是树典型重判
后来他自己在候审时候被查处吸大麻，又罪加一等
至于伪君子那一部分，问制定animal cruelty相关法律的人先 |
