情浓处，便成了境。教授老太太跟着轻轻地哼，朝飞暮卷，云霞翠轩，雨丝风
片，烟波画船，只可惜少了那管清笛，不然一托，真是春色如许呢。窗外的秋
却早又浓到十分。

我醒悟和解放自我的过程，是几年的缓慢过程。我是韧性很强的人，我可以缓慢的蜕变
和提升自我，所以我知道我不是snap，crumble的人。
然后，再看我这一年的生活，遇到的华人妈妈房东，还有后来的男友，然后我再搬进去
的新地方，以及我身边的小环境里面的人，都对我生活的各个方面起到了正面作用，我
自己很积极，阳光，对人家好，人家也对我好，我真的是have nothing to complain
about。
我每天的生活：工作，回家，休息，自己如果做饭，也是很健康的小菜，不暴饮暴食，
不乱吃不健康食品，每周都会出去锻炼几次，傍晚听音乐慢跑，回去洗澡洗头，躺在沙
发上仔细的敷面膜，这时候的心情都非常peaceful和感恩，每天还好好的吃维生素和钙
片等等，我有身体力行的，好好照顾我的身体 ，好好照顾我的生活和身心健康。我每
天敷面膜，而且敷面膜的时候读书，读当代科幻小说，读英文classics，抽象的哲理书
，我都读，对世界对自己的认识在感悟之后，又上了一个层次，而且让我心静，就是心
