十字架是一种古代处以死刑的刑具。特别流行于波斯帝国、大马士革王国、犹太王国、
以色列王国、迦太基和古罗马等地。通常用以处死叛逆者、异教徒、奴隶和没有公民权
的人。在当时的社会，这处分是一种忌讳。由于消耗的资源很大，故此一年通常只会处
分三数人。而且除非是极度重犯，否则并不会采用这种刑罚。在西方文学中，一般用十
字架比喻苦难。今天，十字架是基督教的信仰标记，不再是痛苦耻辱的象征。基督教徒
在胸前画十字或佩带十字架以坚定信仰、作洁净之用或以记念耶稣为拯救全人类的死亡。
基督教相传，耶稣被犹太教当权者拘送到罗马帝国驻犹太总督彼拉多，并判处死刑。在
死后第三日复活，复活后四十日升天。公元337年，君士坦丁大帝下令禁用此刑具。现
除了每年在菲律宾的复活节，愿体验耶稣被钉死的信徒还运用此刑具。
十字架与圣经
“十字架”一词译自英语的单词“CROSS”，而英语的单词“CROSS”则源自拉丁语的“
CRUX”。在新约圣经中用的是希腊文“STAUROS”和 “XULON”。“XULON”是用来解释

Why mutations are "spantaenously" introduced into genomes (regardless your

说说昨天的流程：
早上，去planet of the apes wall
背着绳子去的，结果地方被占，假装观看，绳子主发现口水状
说
you are free to jump on
就等这句呢，然后假装道谢一番，就去爬了。
这次，最左边那个overhang 5.9，start也没作弊，用了较难的
overhang办法start没有作弊绕路。（其实肌肉fresh的时候不难）
然后最后那个crux也终于攻破。但还是hang了很久。
（某人依旧第一次实验就稍微hang了一下就上去了，很牛）
就一个route下来胳膊就酸得不行了。然后又用右边一个人的
绳子又爬了一个路线，开始以为是这个路线右边相邻的那个10A
的，后来才发现那个路线没绳子，这个是更右边一个10B的路线。
当然胳膊没劲，尝试多次，失败(这种路线非常需要肌肉耐力）
然后，基本上，大老远跑过去，也几乎就这么着了。
上次去其实耗费几乎一天，也就是爬了两三下。于是决定回家路上
接着去point dume
然后在那lead。 point dume的路线，lead起来还是非常有趣的，
我有过那次fall的心理阴影，上得是胆战心惊 |

差不多，主要是
1. approach的时候要在大石头上爬来爬去，穿着冰爪爬
2. 下降的时候要face in downclimb一段；最不济设个anchor，rappel下来 |

btw这周天气太好，还是去了RRG。天气好得让人都要感动了。爬了一堆sports。爬了我
人生第一个trad lead，一个5.7，很顺利。然后爬一个5.8，在crux没过去，不敢继续
了，要lay back的时候同时place gear。我place gear动作太慢，不行了。别人上去完
成的。

has about 660 routes spreaded over 20+ walls. We spent the whole day at The
Feathers, did 13 routes, one of which is a trad (my second trad lead, yay!)
and the rest are sport.

体会吧
第一个路线的crux在我看来是垂直的，而且没有明显的点能够edge，lead的五六十岁的
老大哥“走”到那里，也是暂停了一下，尝试了一俩个方案才上去，可惜我当时眼睛不
够用，没注意看。不引体我绝对上不去，下来后他们告诉我什么是smear，我才知道可以
这么爬。 |

发帖数: 13580 | 40 问题不大。Hood海拔也就112，跟140不是一个量级的。前面都很straight forward，从
hogsback开始陡，有点exposure，天气暖和要注意落冰。体能要求一般，能爬south
sister体力就不是大问题。坚持conditioning就好了。你好像是在corvallis?可以没事
在mary's peak上跑lap。
你的主要的准备工作我觉得是需要适应雪地行走，特别是在陡坡上的roped travel。学
习使用ice axe和crampon。整条线的crux我认为是从summit ridge下到hogsback，有点
陡，大概35-40度（也就是雪场的比较难的黑道或者比较容易的double diamond）
