如果确实是冷火鸡cry out，而且宝宝六个月以上能翻身能抬头的话，
1. 等到不哭（没动静）大概十分钟以后再进去check。刚没动静就进去容易把宝宝吵醒
...不知道你家宝宝睡的踏实不，偶家崽崽睡的比较轻，刚睡着就进去马上就醒了继续
哭...- -b 儿医说六个月以上能翻身能抬头，且床上没有毛绒玩具等东西的话，宝宝在
crib里很安全，不用担心...
2. 接着哭。偶家儿医说12点左右可以喂一次，其他情况都接着哭。
3. 冷火鸡cry out的话，晚上睡觉永远不会抱起来pat...白天nap是哭二十分钟抱起来.
..
4. 就是你家儿医说的as long as he can，很揪心的...it feels like forever，所以
一定要家里人都保持一致，千万不要半途而废...
总之，绝对不要半途而废。如果没信心听cry out的话，换个方法比如隔5分钟进去看看
那种，或者不要train，对你对宝宝都比较好...- -b |

发帖数: 4927 | 11 上个星期来哭诉过我家快六个月的宝宝一直白天nap只有37分钟，用尽各种non cry或者
partial cry的方法都不奏效。
后来上个星期天和这个星期一就让他哭，中间就进去拍几次。一次哭了四十几分钟哄睡
了，一次哭四十几分钟睡不着就抱起来了。结果星期二和星期三都睡的很好，基本上能
睡一个半小时到两个小时。
还以为好日子就来了呢，结果星期四又回潮了。哭了四十分钟还是睡不着就抱起来了。
今天呢，更夸张。我不理他他就狂哭，我进去拍拍他他马上就止住了，大眼看着我，手
拿起来做求我抱他状。我要是走开，他就又狂哭。这样反复了三四次之后又到四十分钟
了，我进去就看着他，他就马上止住了，看着我心情很好的样子。我一拉开窗帘他居然
就乐了，根本不像是刚狂哭过四十分钟的人。抱起来之后随便逗逗就咯咯的笑，比平时
还容易逗，虽然眼睛里还有眼泪，眼皮还是肿的。。。。
这种不记打的宝宝是不是cry it out根本没用阿？ |

every time. after having tried all kinds of
no-cry and partial cry methods and failed, I had to let him cry out. he
easily cried for 40 mins w/o a stop and then I

程中的一个方法，看来你家宝宝连基本的作息时间都没有沾边，可别让她cry out,现在
先从让她晚上7点以前就入睡做起来吧，这样她比较不会fussy,她哭是因为她太累了，
她每次醒的时间不能超过2小时，否则就会很难哄睡的，（我家的经常只有1-1.5小时）
其次试着不要每次都抱睡，她迷糊了就放下，试着她自己睡，可以从容易的早觉开始，
不行再哄睡，等你把书看完了，明白原理了，4个月正式开始也不迟 |

宝宝11个月，一直脾气不错。但是最近很烦躁。玩玩具玩一会就发脾气。比如在推小车
，推着推着就发脾气，乱拍车子，乱扔然后哭两声。哭两声后自己又开始玩。
和他玩游戏也是这样，比如他把球递给你，有时候是想让你拍两下，有时候想让你假装
吃球，你要是猜对他的意思，他很高兴。如果没有猜对，他就不高兴，用手乱抓头抓脸
很烦躁的样子。
与此同时他也不好好吃饭，不好好睡觉。吃饭要玩玩具，睡觉要坐在swing上用安慰奶
嘴，半夜醒来要睡大床。我们一直都有很好的routine,之前没有这些坏习惯。
看着他习惯越来越差，我觉得要给他立立规矩了。我先是饿了他一顿，没什么效果。然
后昨天他睡前给cry it out了。他哭了50分钟，声撕力竭，最后自己睡着了。一觉从晚

曲就可以马上回想起关于高中时代的很多片段，回忆。
第一次听到Yuri，很偶然的在一个电台的调频里。一段异常清新明亮的音乐，仿佛是海
上带来的透澈清凉的海风一般，激起心潮翩翩涟漪，几乎是立即吸引了我的耳朵。更让
人诧异的是，她唱的英文歌，让我不敢相信她是日本人，因为非常native的发音。我那
时几乎是马上凭着记忆写下那首I cry 的lyrics，因为我知道我会去“寻找”这个声音

cry it out可以采取5-10-15的方法，也就是说，第一次让他哭5分钟，然后10分钟，15
分钟这样慢慢加长时间，一开始就CRY 太久不太好。 |

true that 美国人也很多都觉得要自然而然地等到孩子睡整觉. half of babies with
weight more than 11 lbs can sleep 5 hours at night, that is the defination
of 整觉 in baby. around 4 or 5 month, half of them can sleep 8 hours at
night.
i did not train my baby. she follows the rule. but some days, even after she

宝宝在过去的一周里nap睡的还行，但是晚上完全就是个恶魔。平均每两个小时起来一
次，光哄睡不行，必须吃
胸，吃不了多少就又睡过去。昨天和前天更加频繁，一个小时一起。昨天晚上我就没合
过眼。晚上睡不了觉不仅让我疯掉，对宝宝的成长也不好。白天宝宝总是没有精神，都不带笑一下的。
请大家给一些cry out sleep training的建议。我们试过各种避免哭的方法，都不奏效
。宝宝的主要问题是不会自己
入睡，每次醒来的时候都很累，但是睡不回去，就急得直哭。醒来的原因大多是尿了，
放屁，还有其他原因。第
一次醒有可能是因为嗝，但是后边的都不是。reflux的症状也基本上没有了。
几个问题：
1、晚上睡觉的routine做完了以后就放他自己睡，如果哭就让他哭，该啥时候check呢
？怎么判断是其他原因导致
的哭呢？我们这个一check就哭的更厉害，让我很头痛。
2、如果哭睡了，但是半夜又醒了怎么办？接着哭吗？什么情况下应该ignore？我看书上说如果半夜喂过了在早上
七点之前都可以ignore，那就一直让他哭到早上？

以我才想只有cry out才能真正解决问题。我的宝宝从来都没有出现过迷糊的状态，我
观察很久了，她只有吃奶的时候会揉眼睛挠耳朵。要说sleep cue就是不愿意被横着抱
。她越是要睡觉了就越是要人竖着抱，更别说把她放下了。你说只要放下她就哭，除了
让她哭，还有什么training方法呢？还有7点前入睡，她睡是睡了，但是过一两个小时
就会醒，要玩要吃奶，就跟白天的吃玩睡周期一样。只有差不多10点睡了，才会开始睡
吃睡吃的夜间模式。要是她8点醒了我不理她，她还是哭，这还不是要cry Out？ |

发帖数: 407 | 37 强烈同意楼主，我家宝宝生了一次病后睡得很不好，没晚要醒4-5次，每次要一个小时左右才睡回去，没办法试了cry it out,到了第三天，看着宝宝眼睛里的惶恐，老公和我就一致决定不训了。宝宝明显失去了安全感，就连白天也总是可怜巴巴的看着我们要抱，如果我们走开去下厨房什么的（还在视线范围内), 宝宝就会大哭，过去从来没有这样。后来停止训了，几天后就又好了。虽然晚上还是醒，老公和我换着哄。宁可我们辛苦也不要宝宝再受苦了。宝宝快乐比什么都重要。毕竟就这么一两年可以spoil的。现在我们正在尝试 no cry solution,可能见效慢些，但是我们心里不至于难受，宝宝也不至于受苦。 |

我在月子里读了CLB，最近又用泵奶时间读了No Cry Sleep Solutions
写点我个人心得，一来跟大家分享，讨论，二来给想ST的jm们加加油打打气。
CLB：
我家宝宝三个星期的时候读的。
CLB的schedule很严格，但是我并没有完全严格的遵守。我觉得书里有些东西值得借鉴。
一是有规律。我觉得有规律的好处，不光是方便大人，也有益于宝宝。宝宝哭闹的时候
，你会相对比较容易的判断是饿了，还是困了，是无聊了，还是难受了。
有时候，宝宝哭闹，一个说饿了要喂，另一个说是困了，要哄睡。这样的情形恐怕不少
见，但是有了一个相对固定的schedule，比较容易排查原因。而且有了相对固定的
schedule，也会减少overtired等情况，哭闹会少。
二是培养宝宝自己睡觉的能力。宝宝到了浅睡眠，很容易醒，闹。如果这时候过多的干
预，反而会影响宝宝入睡。给宝宝一点时间settle down。我观察过，抱着抖着睡觉的
宝宝，不是不哭闹的。与其抱着抖着哭几个月，还不如让宝宝哭几次学会自己入睡。

发帖数: 4494 | 39 宝宝11个月，一直脾气不错。但是最近很烦躁。玩玩具玩一会就发脾气。比如在推小车
，推着推着就发脾气，乱拍车子，乱扔然后哭两声。哭两声后自己又开始玩。
和他玩游戏也是这样，比如他把球递给你，有时候是想让你拍两下，有时候想让你假装
吃球，你要是猜对他的意思，他很高兴。如果没有猜对，他就不高兴，用手乱抓头抓脸
很烦躁的样子。
与此同时他也不好好吃饭，不好好睡觉。吃饭要玩玩具，睡觉要坐在swing上用安慰奶
嘴，半夜醒来要睡大床。我们一直都有很好的routine,之前没有这些坏习惯。
看着他习惯越来越差，我觉得要给他立立规矩了。我先是饿了他一顿，没什么效果。然
后昨天他睡前给cry it out了。他哭了50分钟，声撕力竭，最后自己睡着了。一觉从晚
上9点睡到早上6点半，一点没醒。
早上醒来情绪一般。可是我开始自责，觉得就这样cry it out是不是太鲁莽了。宝宝的
烦躁是不是有原因的？大家的宝宝1岁左右都有这个阶段吗？既然我昨天已经开始train
了，今天是不是就不能后悔，要坚持下去？ |

发帖数: 1042 | 40 no-cry solution里是说要努力向不抱睡的方向培养！不是一开始就让宝宝哭！要是宝
宝哭，我当初是先确定尿布是干净的，宝宝是饱的，肚子是没嗝的，crib是温暖的，宝
宝手是暖和的，如果还哭，就放swing摇睡。我sleep train的时候也不会让我的宝宝哭
久。你要是不用swing，也想想别的办法。no-cry solution里也是说正式的sleep
training要到宝宝４个月大以后。 |

发帖数: 53 | 41 我们家的宝前3个月也这样，白天黑夜抱着睡。大人累得不行了。我们熬着，慢慢得，
宝宝大了一点就可以放下来睡，但是得有大人在边上陪着睡。到了8个月还是每2-3个小
时就要醒。妈妈奔溃了，白天无法上班， 恨下心尝试了cry it out , 宝宝哭得悲痛欲
绝，到了第四个晚上，妈妈放弃了，继续co-sleep. 宝宝现在10个月了，夜里还是要醒
，但是一觉能有四个小时stretch，中间醒过来可以自己睡回去。虽然和其他宝宝比起
来差多了，但宝宝已经有很大的提高。妈妈现在已经不强求宝宝能睡整觉。妈妈的感触
是每个宝宝的生长发育是不同的，宝宝哭是有原因的，等他们长大点，自己ready了，
就会睡好觉了；大人辛苦点，能抱就多抱。这段时间过得很快的，等以后你想抱他，他
都不让你抱。
我不后悔尝试了try it out, 但我不会再用这个方式 and believe it doesn't work

我很纠结这个cry it out.之前读过文章说采用cry it out的孩子以后心理都有问题。
的确这么小的孩子大人应该多给一些attention和安全感。就是大人累啊。而且怕现在
给太多attention了，大一点他会有依赖，动不动就以哭威胁。其实挺羡慕老外的孩子
，特皮实，也不爱哭。看过很多中国孩子明显比老外孩子娇气。
现在如果他哭，我不马上抱，但会去拍拍他安慰他，让他知道妈妈在旁边。等平静了一
点在pick him up. |

发帖数: 65 | 43 宝宝差一周就三个月了，目前还需要我抱着摇晃哄睡。有时候哄的迷迷糊糊的就能放上
床睡，大概就是所谓的drowsy but awake的状态吧，但是更多时候是需要哄的睡熟了才
能放下。每次哄睡大概需要20分钟到半小时的样子，可是宝宝已经15磅多了，抱着摇晃
实在吃力啊。我不太舍得让他cry it out，也担心他还太小，即使让他哭，他恐怕也不
明白为什么，所以想请用no cry办法sleep train的美妈们分享下经验。你们用了什么
样的办法，花了多久成功的呢？多谢了！！ |

让自己轻松？？？
作爸妈了，应该从孩子考虑。。。。做尽可能对它好的事情，不是你理解的，放在那里
哭，就是train了
而且老实说，sleep train的办法很多，cry it out是最残酷的一种。
我每次看到版上那种以为放在那里哭，就能让娃睡过去的，我都很气愤。不知道这些父
母是怎么想的，唉！！！！！
这么害怕带娃，何必生他们呢 |
