bus 3 and school shuttle. The rent we pay now is $558 a month, from July
1st, it will increase to $580 a month.
We ask $400 a month including electricity, TV, internet, heat. If you want
to use air conditioner, you need to pay $30 to $40 more a month(we have a

（月初到月末），哪有那么巧的租客呀？时间段也不好，要啥没啥的新生得等到7月中
下旬才会来呢，呵呵。建议你降价出租，6、7折呀什么的还有戏。 |

入的时候要
另交250块钱的会员费。为了省这50块钱，具体来说要干哪些活，多久干一次？
还有个committee是做什么用的？

。听人说周二常被人占了场地，不能用，其它时间都可以。
