http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Military/43481443.html 详述，说白了就是一个在美国的无绿卡的中国人生孩子，如果是同有绿卡的中国人生的孩子不是中国人，同美国人生的孩子反倒是中国人了。
是什么造成了这种荒谬？我仔细想了一下，发现竟然是立法的人集合论没学好。。。
以下为简单起见，只讨论在美国生的孩子，这样就不必啰嗦“出生就具有外国国籍”这
个条件，而把注意力集中在重点上 。其它国家出生的，我的分析略加修改（见结尾处
），也成立。
其实立法的初衷，就是想给中国人在美国生的孩子中国国籍的时候，加个限制条件，即
中国父母不能有绿卡。这个初衷是否合理暂且不论，至少逻辑上并无问题，毕竟有绿卡
比没绿卡距离中国更疏远些，所以孩子相对就更不符合中国国籍条件。
可麻烦的是，“中国父母”这个条件有两种情况，即“父母双方都是中国人”，和“父
母一方是中国人”（当然严格的说法是“有且仅有一方是”，但这点上大家一般不会过
于咬文嚼字）。当集合运算中的“并”和“非”运算结合起来用时，问题就来了。

least in the ones I have - so when you press the self-testing button on the
main unit, it will give out error code in a sequence of blinking lightings.
There cud be other things gone wrong here, like the tension spring on the
door itself. Did you try to pull the string with red handle to disengage the
opener, and manually lift up and push down the garage door? if it is too
heavy to lift, then the spring may be broken. |

朝南，一个朝北，family room, kitchen, dinning都朝南，B院子朝北，这样只有一个
卧室，study room, living room朝南。我们喜欢屋子里能见到阳光，亮堂，另外由于
身体原因，我们需要阳光给房间杀杀毒，需要经常晒被子之类的。
但是B又有很多其它明显好于A的地方（B的要价比A贵4万）：
1.B所在的小区，虽然跟A的小区连着，但是小区房子都比A高档，B有3个车库，正面大
部分都贴砖，2780尺，06年的房子，后院很大，很平，后院有小溪和树，私密性很好，
1楼除了family room都是实木地板，counter top是quartz，second bath有2个sink，1
楼9尺。master bath的马桶跟shower有单独的门。
2.A，2520尺，01年的房子，是个corner lot，但其中一边的路是个只有4，5家的cud
de sac，后院不大，但也不算小，够用吧，不是很平。2个车库，正面很少部分贴砖，1

距离这个期限还有好几天。可是那张黄色的纸上面移民官写的是是07/3/12, 已经到期
了! 我一直不知道这个日期是干什么的，刚才在网上又查了一下，才发现说是必须在这
个日期之前交材料，否则就要被据。。。那是移民官算错时间了吗？我递交上去材料要
解释一下吗？那张黄纸是要放在cover的，移民官会不会不看材料直接看日期就拒绝我
的RFE阿！
请大家帮帮忙，有人遇到过这样的情况吗？ |
