也能发。这杂志这么搞，迟早要沦落下去的。
cui 能发nano letter,可不见得能发 JECS或者 solid state letter。那里的审稿人都
是内行，电化学大牛不在少数。cui 的文章投过去，会被comment 的很惨的。搞电化学
的，还是很看重 JECS 或者 solid state letter，虽然IF 不高。
不过，我觉得纳米做阴极材料，还是有一定前途的 ，Peter Bruce 这些大牛，也还是
在搞新型纳米结构氧化物的。 |

除此而外，我还有几点要补充的。
１）无论你做什么决定还有什么对策，都要先和你的律师讲清楚。要参考律师的建议。
２） 你和cui yi律师面谈的时候，千万千万不要说这一切都是你的错，说你有诽谤罪
。因为美国的法律是无罪推论 （这一点和中国的法律相反）在没有进法院对薄公堂之
前，无论你还是cui yi还是你的titi姐姐夫妇，都是无罪的. cui yi 要告titi还有其
他网友，就要有证据，那就让他搜集证据好了。 你跟cui yi的律师说的话是可以作为
证据的。所以跟他的律师说话要格外小心，不然就会害了你的titi姐姐夫妇。
３）现在事情的发展不是你决定告不搞cui yi了，美国的法律还有一点不同与中国就是
美国的法律有公诉。 不管你有没有这个孩子，也不管当时你有没有１８岁，只要有人
揭发你和cui yi在你summer camp期间超出了指导员和学生的关系，cui yi就算不做牢
也会被standford开除。这在美国是很严重的。 在美国，上极下级之间，老师学生之间

Rechargable Battery's life by 10 times. And he said so as if it's a FACT.

要理解这个问题还是要从小数目来。如果只有一个人是红脸那很简单，虽然别人都知道
有红的，但是她本人不知道，所以外人的话直接改变了她的认知。
好，关键点来了。最重要的是搞清楚两个人的情况。假设一群人在喝酒，只有两个人红
脸了，不妨分别称他们为小A和小B。
虽然小A，小B和大家一样，都知道有人红脸，但是因为小A看不见自己，并且她知道小B
也看不见她自己，所以小A不知道小B知不知道已经有人红脸了，同理小B也不知道小A知
不知道有人已经红脸了。
所以这个时候，小A和小B其实都无法确认对方是否已认定时机成熟，正当小A在考虑要
