今年是“十月革命”一百周年。据俄罗斯媒体报道，近日，一批苏联在1967年封藏起来
的时间胶囊被打开了，这是在十月革命50周年之际当时苏联各地的人们给后代们留下的
信息。

“宇宙征服者”纪念碑位于俄罗斯宇航博物馆门口。紀念碑高达107米，是1964年为纪
念苏联宇航员首次进入太空而建的，全碑表面覆盖著不銹钢，在阳光下灿灿生辉。它的
最高端是一枚飛向太空的宇宙船飞，整个紀念碑酷似宇宙火箭上天时的壮观场面。这个
纪念碑也出现在1967年“十月革命”50周年10戈比纪念币上。
俄罗斯媒体Russia Beyond在11月9日发布了其中很有代表性的5则信息。

到底是“不好”，“差”，或是“太差”，这要看个人的具体感受了。同样的事，有人
会觉得可以凑合，有人可能就不可忍受了。就事论事的说，楼主只是诉说了自己的不满
，尽管其中可能有些事与公共服务无关（比如安装网络的事），但很多事确实是属于公
共服务的（比如邮政）。
我说支票的事，是因为楼上有人因为没有遇到过邮政和支票的问题而怀疑楼主在撒谎，
我只是想证明一下楼主所说的情况确实存在。你可以说支票不属于公共服务，但邮政和
电信也不算公共服务？其实楼主还没有遇到过的公共服务方面的可能麻烦还多呢！比如
USCIS会把别人的材料混在你的材料中，然后让你出具这个人的文件；IRS会给你两封内
容完全相反的信；去赶火车，时刻表上有的车会莫名其妙地没来，而车站也没有任何解
释；即使赶上火车，也会因为故障而被堵在隧道里；地铁车站和线路动不动就在大白天
进行封闭维修；所谓scheduled power shut down却没有住户得到通知；等等。
我相信很多人都或多或少地有过类似的不快的经历，这些真的不能简单归结为个人问题
或是cultu |

刚刚开始搞这个体外培养，有些不懂的地方。
这两种细胞要是没有外界刺激，比方说applied electronic field，平时会不会自己
contract?
是不是都要外界刺激才会contract呢？以前有个教授告诉我心肌细胞只有外界刺激才会
收缩，自己收缩是要快死的细胞。可最近看了一篇文章又说心肌自己会收缩，骨骼肌要
外界刺激才会。可我自己培养的时候看到骨骼肌没有刺激的时候也轻微颤动。所以糊涂
了。多谢。 |

1. what is the cell origin of different type of lung cancers?
2. does cell origin or mutation decide tumor types?
3. how to model different type of lung cancer?
