时这个版本俺用了快两年。
呵呵，大概能看得进他的小说的人不多。体会其妙处需要对电
脑技术有相当广泛的了解和深入的领悟。我刚看完Accelerando
系列的第七篇Curator（以前的第一篇Lobsters入围去年雨果奖，
第四篇Halo入围今年的雨果奖），跨越三代人的故事（嗯，如
果第二代、第三代还能称作“人”的话），人类和其他智慧文
明日渐加速的进化过程，整个太阳系日新月异的经济、技术面
貌，给我印象很深刻。从这个第七篇的高度来看，以前那第一
篇Lobsters里曾经震撼人心的那些技术和思想，现在简直就像

BlueStacks announced a public alpha version of their Android App Player for

Zookeeper can have reliability issues at times, and it's difficult to debug.
But that was my experience from 2 years ago, things may have improved.
And you don't want to reinvent the wheel. |

全都编译成了静态版本。C++程序静态链接可以保证各种linux上都能部署。

其实bazel还行，不过最有讽刺意义的是。bazel 可以管理dependency, 但是
tensorflow目前还不能变成一个dependency

lab做过统一处理的事情，应该可以直接下载。不过这么多CEL，最后normarlization的
计算都很简单，meta data curation才最麻烦。 |

很多
transcripts其实是一个gene的不同isoform。现在因为要annotate这些isoform而有些头
疼。
1. 哪里有高质量又比较全的isoform数据呢？
我希望用已知的isoform的一个集合做reference，来确定我们鉴定的isoform，哪些是
之前已
经被发现的，哪些是我们新近鉴定出来的。
我个人喜欢用RefSeq数据，但是挑了几个基因，发现RefSeq记录的isoform数量还是挺
少的。
UCSC Known gene没有经过human curation，很多记录仅仅基于genbank数据。我担心会有
很多artificial的序列
GenCode/ENSEMBLE 数据，一直没太搞明白，Gendoce的level 1+2的数据似乎质量还可
以，
但是也不知道他们具体的annotation的流程
CCDS似乎就是ENSEMBLE和RefSeq的交集，coverage估计是个问题

是一个遥远的目标，microarray发展了将近十年才换来一些大家都接受的procedure，
NGS还是有一段路要走的。现阶段来看只要这个tool/software能够beat掉大多数的软件
就是一个好的hit了。要不怎么开发chip-seq都和MACS比呢。
ingenuity就是个很好的例子，完全自己curated的database和pathway，但是有一个致
命的问题就是他的信息覆盖量太大了，广度够宽，但是具体到researcher的问题上却不
够specific。我认为理想的数据分析公司应该是有自己的software，有自己的database
，同时有一个队伍随时跟进客户的project，这样有问题才能更加specific。 |
