很虔诚的每次用
完后用盐清理的。
生铁锅好处：
热容量大，一块牛排下去不会有明显的温度下降。锅子的温度均匀。
cure/保养好的生铁表面有接近特氟龙的不粘性能。
坏处：
重
保养不好容易锈，怕酸性食物。cure好的表面怕被尖锐物（锅铲）划伤，虽然没有特氟
龙那么娇贵。
热容量大，从你调节火力到温度变化的过程慢。（当然，拿来当蒸锅就会要求更长时间
才会开锅）
我不觉得你能享受到生铁锅的好处。 |

有的放36个月。如果正常自然湿度，估计就成肉干儿了。好的腊制品都出在湿度大的地
方。中国北方不产腊制品。只有湿度大的南方产。美国好的salami产在基金山，而不是
意大利人聚集的纽约。
美国人做腊制品老手用冰箱改制curing box.里面加吹水机增加湿度。腊制品的理想环
境是45F，90%以上湿度。

inflated you can't breathe you might suffocated. But that's the extreme case
and I don't think you are there yet.
Taking medicine is just curing the sympton. To cure allergy, you either figure
out what you are allergic for and get rid of it. Or just make your body less
sensitive. Sometimes the body just acts up for sometime and calms down on its
own.

I usually use sprinker on it for 5 to 7 days to keep it wet if does not rain.
Concrete can cure under water, so you got the perfect weather going for you.
Just make sure it is not too cold when you pour, it need to at least 40 F, I
prefer 50 and above myself. |

我就快完工啦，已经把左后方调高到14.5inch，左前方现在是比14.5小3/16inch，因为
把后面做高，右后方原来离墙是2inch，现在只有1 1/4 inch，右后方现在离墙是1 3/4
inch，好像有点拧，问题大吗？
另外想问一下mastic UL181b的cure time要多久呀？我会apply一些在transition里面
，我还要修一些metal 的duct，我要锯开新接一点duct。他们的cure time是不是不一

close前保持房子，nuyer有权final walk though检查。还有一个是loss of use，就是
说close前如果有damage/casualty，seller承担责任，buyer可以选择cancel。问题是
我们觉得 contract说的清清楚楚，但律师说nys规定必须给Seller一个cure的机会。我
们已经给过一次机会了，他们说弄好了，结果我们发现房子发霉了。 我们不能无限制

以后就喷sealer, 往后每隔一两年seal一次，不seal也没事。沥青一般要cure 更长时
间，seal一般是一年以后。夏天高温的时候沥青有可能会变软，如果出现裂缝或者坑洼
的话，自己可以买cold asphalt patch. 水泥都可能有crack. 要对比不同的
contractor,有的用fiber mesh, 有的用wire mesh. 一般4 inch 厚，最关键的还是
base, 多铺点gravel,压实以后再pour concrete. 你要想fancy的话，可以弄stamped
concrete.
除了水泥和沥青，还可以考虑Tar and Chip Driveway, 很漂亮也实用，造价不高。 |

specific case -- when the success rate is 99%, one may still end up as the
other 1%.
Generally, surgery may provide a chance of curing, but it's hard on the body
. When it fails it really reduces the patient's quality of life. Or the
patient and family can give up curing and focus on prolonging and making the
best of his/her remaining life. |

or after if possible. The decision is made by guessing what's the chance
of curing vs.the risk & suffering during/after surgery. For stages 0-2,
surgery should be considered, but for stage 4 it's unlikely to work.
If deciding to operate, the balance is between removing as much cancer cells
and leave enough healthy stomach to function...
