是昨天我不小心看到了一篇新闻文章，才惊讶的发现其实最早做出来的，有可能是
Wayne State University的潘卓华。虽然他的投稿时间和Deisseroth的类似，但是因为
他是一个没有什么名气的学者，而且他的文章包装得不对，所以他的文章被百般耽误，
最后比Deisseroth的晚了一年才发表。
在2004年底潘就做出了和Deisseroth几乎一样的文章，除了用的细胞略微不同：他做的
神经细胞是从视网膜分离的，而Deisseroth 做的神经细胞是从大脑分离的。然后他把
文章陆续投向Nature, Nature Neuroscience,Journal of Neuroscience，却统统遭到
了拒稿。然后大半年之后，也就是2005年8月份，Deisseroth 的文章发表在Nature
Neuroscience上。潘得知之后，心都凉了。

按照decay的理论，etf本身decay，多倍etf的decay远大于一杯。
随意查了一下数据，
例一， SPXL vs SPY， 从2014.2.6到2014.12.5，期间多少也有上下波动吧。
SPXL 从56.09到90.14，涨60.7%
SPY 从175.48到208.0，算上dividend涨20%。 SPXL完全是SPY涨幅三倍多零头。
例二，IYH vs CURE，也从2014.2.6到2014.12.5
CURE 从68.09到137.56，涨102%
IYH 从116.81到148.8，算上dividend涨29%。 虽然成分股可能略有差别，但CURE涨幅
远大于三倍IYH的涨幅
从此处看，我觉得最稳健的投资方式反而是买CURE，即三倍health care bull。目前经

HBV can be controlled but can never be cured. If it can be cured, then AIDS
can be cured too. FDA approved drugs can control its replication from
different ways or relieve its symptom. Plus there is no chinese medicine
that is proved to be able to control HBV (in fact if I do not think chinese
medicine can control any virus at all).
If you search Chinese website, there are many people claim Chinese
traditional medicine can cure AIDS, DM, HBV...... HAHAHAHA.

我仔细想了下，咱们的分歧主要在于你认为肿瘤是种disease，因此可以cure.而我认为
肿瘤其实是进化的一部分，因此没什么cure不cure的问题。比方说咱们从生下来到现在
，基因组里不知道整合了多少种病毒，伴随我们的一生，有些还会遗传。这其实就是进
化的一部分。而病毒基因组在突变，它自身其实也在进化。我在想是不是肿瘤也类似，
这就是为什么引起肿瘤的pathway一环套一环，非常复杂。而你用药物阻断这些pathway
, 肿瘤总能迅速bypass这些原本重要的pathway去采用一些新的pathway.你说这算不算
一种进化？而治疗手段包括放疗化疗其实就是一种加速的选择过程而已，有些不能适者
生存的肿瘤细胞被杀死，其实并不算是真正cure肿瘤本身。而有些肿瘤细胞则活下来完
成进化，这就是我们说的抗药性。当然这只是我的一些想法而已，也可能太wild了些，

发帖数: 14386 | 19 第四篇写两个后朋的，乐队都是1980年左右成形，主唱都是90年代自杀的。
第一个是The Associates的Billy Mackenzie。这个乐队其实是偏新浪潮的，风格
算很独特。而最大的特点就是来自Billy那邪门的声音。
贴两个视频，他其实长得有些像heath ledger。。。
另外这个乐队和The Cure也有很深的渊源。他们的bass就是Cure处女专的bass（也是我最
喜欢的一张Cure）。Cure的cut here也是robert smith悼念billy的作品，大致就是后悔
在好友辞世前没有能给他应有的安慰的意思，相当感人，也贴一下。
第二是The Sound的Adrian Borland。这可以说是一个很典型的后朋乐队了，典型到相对
其他那些更出名的后朋大牌，他们显得有点缺乏特色和明确的个性。如果非要描述的话，
可以说是JD、回声兔人和变色龙的组合。话虽这么说，但是我觉得他们本质更接近国内的
PK14，给人一种干燥而又不安，说热情吧也没那么热情，说冷漠又也不是很冷漠，总之就
是怎么呆着都不舒服的感觉。至于音乐质量，那真是没的说了。还是两个视频。 |

生病的人需要的是care，不是cure，因为严格地说，只有人体自身才能cure，任何药物
最多都只能是help the body to cure itself。特定的器官或组织有特定的生理功能，
在生病的时候可能无法完成正常的生理功能，这个时候就需要辅助的手段来完成正常的
生理功能，以维持人体的正常运作，这就是care。例如皮肤的一个生理功能是保护。如
果一个人体表受伤，皮肤失去了保护的功能，可能就需要用纱布把伤口包起来，暂时用
纱布来代替皮肤的保护功能。又例如严重肠胃炎的人无法正常进食，这个时候就需要使
用特殊的进食方法，必要时使用静脉输液，以维持生命所需的营养和水分。这些都是
care的例子。人体具有强大的自我修复的能力，对于一般的疾病，只要你把病人care好
了，他自己就会慢慢康复。即使是对一些比较严重，需要使用药物的情形，care的重要
程度也远远超过药物。中医理论的“三分治七分养”就是这个道理。把熟睡中的病人叫
醒喂药是非常愚蠢的行为。

除了18 inch AMG轮子我从没见过外，其他都如下所述。据说那轮子很酷。但是后驱装
那玩意在东北部是自己找死。LD忍痛割爱了。
对车我是外行，但是还是可以给已入或准备入C/E的兄弟们提供点关于这车的信息：
这车机油13000miles一换。Breakpad是在100,000miles的时候换的。胎70000miles一换
。电池没换过，没有不好的症状。空调一年四季都开着，没有工作得不好的迹象。
在雪天hit路上的大坑，损坏过两次钢珠。其他除了灯，没有东东坏过。
LD现在认为MB的车没必要做dealer 建议的坑爹坑娘的保养，因为那些保养不给查毛病
和换该换的东西。据说是一个厚道的technician告诉的。LD说从网上能找到关于MB车到
多少miles换啥啥啥的信息，照那去换就是了。
过去4年除了出差度假和下大雪，这车每天都上路，周末出去玩开山路都用它。LD认为
这车开200K-300K不是问题。我等着瞧呢！

啤酒起不了这个作用反而增加水分延长时间更会坏。
没有宁可不放。
放点儿威士忌白兰地啥的没问题。
或者放curing salt加速curing--腊制过程，不过那里面有硝盐，不少人很在意。
放维生素C可减少亚硝胺形成。其实不放硝盐肉蛋白也会分离亚硝酸，没辙。
curing--腊制过程发生在40F左右,5天，香味发生在60F，湿度70%，一个月以上。
不然腊肠会很干。 |

concrete footer上面浇筑水泥墙，水泥在50-70度cure的比较好，其他温度下也没问题
，可以添加一些东西帮助cure. 一般cure需要28天。如果你的在footer上用concrete
blocks, 更没什么问题了。builder一年四季都盖房，不用担心。我倒是建议多花点时
间把图纸设计和审查好再开工。 |
