发帖数: 147 | 10 IT 如果弯曲和国内一线城市比(其它地方根据消费水平自己做相应调整),一般公认的情
况是弯曲挣10万usd=北上5-6万刀,见过很多类似的例子.如果你的package比这个好,那
说明你自己能力强,或是职业上有promotion,从职位发展的角度讲就可以考虑.但同时也
要认识到国内用人可比美国狠多了,例如你要在弯曲挣15wan,想回国拿100万不是不可以
,但到年底performance要是同事们的1.5倍到2倍才可以,能不能达到你自己掂量掂量.
总体来说对于Director以下的职位，在美国混还是要容易些，如果你不是特别有能力/
有野心，在美国待着是个不错的选择，国内是有不少人现在争得不少，（即便是IT业）
，但你若没那金刚钻，还是不要揽那瓷器活了。相比之下，努力刷刷题去FLAG也许是更
理想的选择。
国内的好处是浑到最后工资不见得比国外多，但地位能高很多，人脉也多，混好了影响
力大些，另外job 色curity也好不少（等过了45以后）
缺点是房价已经很高了，从risk/reward角度上讲，就像我说的，也许刷题去FLAG也是
很好的选择。

池，他们装修，从旧的搬到新的，最后一次涨300块/月，2011年3月底搬出，结果到5月
初收到房东的支票200，被扣270，利息5块多，没有理由，没有原因。
第二天去他们办公室，拿出一张清单，厨房完全清洁200，其他70，不给复印件，态度
很不好。发了两封EMAIL后，得到回答要按EMAIL顺序处理，没有其他内容。
第三天打电话要求告诉原因和退押金，回答“不会有任何帮助”。于是写了一封信送到
办公室，要求退还押金，让他们复印，态度更恶劣，主管这件事的知道我要到办公室离
开，当时是她接的电话，不知是不是故意的，另外两个要我离开办公室，说这是他们的
私人领地，还是不给原因。岂有此理，士可杀，不可辱！
周末在家看如何要回押金，看到很多有用的贴子，不良房东还很多啊，我的前房东很好
押金全退，利息不少。仔细读合同和Maryland的法律，45天内必须退还押金，扣押金的
话必须有清单。打印一个正式的要求退还押金的信，如果收到信7天内不退还，将会告
