阶段性有心得
闲的胸疼（也可以说是忙的胸疼，procrastination重症患者）出来冒个泡
以前起床不洗脸不刷牙嚼块口香糖就敢出门，现在出门如果不化妆就觉得自己好像没穿
衣服
以前担心自己化妆了以后变成女鬼，现在反省一下最多也就是有一点儿白骨精的意思。

虽然国内也有卖,但现在的两个卷棒都用了两年多,很习惯,所以希望能带回去
真是无意才发现,那种HEAT CURLER,弄出来的头发太卷
但如果是HOT AIR 带BRUSH的那种,吹出来的,就是WAVE的感觉,很随意,
难怪以前在国内想要烫那样的,理发师都说,不可能烫出来,只能吹出来
如果这里买的能带回国用,就打算去买一个这样的HOT AIR CURLER
这种虽然有吹干头发功能,但如果洗头后如果全部吹干得好长时间
所以用一般的吹风机吹八成干时候,再换这种,弄完后,就是大波浪的效果了
姐妹们有用过这种吗? |

们，避免我走过的弯路浪费的银子。
如果你从来没有自己化过妆，打算开始化妆
你需要
1 粉底／粉饼／遮瑕
2 口红 and/ or 唇彩
3 腮红
4 眉笔／眉粉
5 眼线笔
6 卸妆水／卸妆纸巾／卸妆洗面奶
7 睫毛膏，睫毛夹
眼影颜色和画法都比较难掌握，亚洲mm眼影画不好很容易适得其反。下次再讲。
下面逐一推荐
1 粉底／粉饼／遮瑕
如果和你肤色相近的人推荐你颜色－唇色，眼影，眼线，你可以不试或者试一次就买。如果别人推荐你护肤品和粉底，
必须自己试过，带妆一天以上才能决定。不要看到风就是雨。别人的perfect foundation可能是你的恶梦。
到 sephora， macy，saks 5th ave 试色，先去sephora，因为sales rep收入和销售不挂钩，不会有购买的压迫感，其
他地方sales拿提成，会鼓动你买。先到sephora试个够，再到saks试一下阿马尼和la mer。最後再决定。
