it's easier to deal by setting a proper current limit. For a push-pull,
we also need to pay attention to volt-second products out of balance
between positive and negative cycles, which results in a dc current. If

magnetic design. we can also capacitively couple the transformer, such
as in a half-bridge design.

nsator的。
voltage mode多用pid compensation, current mode可能用pi就够了。
不过这些都不是point, you know those much better than me.

off的loop gain characteristic (理论上）， 现实中也会有些stability的问题。但总

生半年的工资。这个公司是NSF SBIR II 拿的钱。我的问题是这样一小笔钱，而且还是
从这个小公司subcontract过来的，在这种情况下我还有必要在current and pending
列出来吗？因为有一些特殊原因我不太想列这一个很小的grant，但是又怕违反什么规
则。不知道大家有没有什么建议?
有一点没有说清楚，这个项目有很多复杂的因素，有可能再过两个月就被取消掉了。所

又可以告诉你有的时候查不出。
有过一次在要给人一个offer的时候，公司HR通知我说这个人说current salary是X，可
是其实是Y。也有听过当年查不出，以后混熟了后才知道的。
具体上为什么查出或查不出呢？据我所知，查的出应该是通过像是ADP或者假如你没有
说不能通知现在employer，那HR跟HR一般打交道都是肯在这点合作的。还有，假如你上
一个工作是在会公开工资的地方，比如government，那至少我公司用的background
check （Occuscreen）永远查的出来。
还有，reference假如有一个应该知道你salary的人，像主管，打来的background
check或HR本身会问。我有的时候会为我以前的员工做reference，打来的会直接问我“
XXX submits that his most recent position was YYY, and made ZZZ. Can you

现在有个工作，电话interview什么的都不错，HR已经contact很多reference。
那天HR打电话来，问可不可以contact current boss，我第一反应是“WTF！”
老公跟HR说，他觉得不大comfortable如果他们联系现在的老板，原因很简单，因为毕
竟你们没有给offer，而我现在还做着这份工，希望你们理解。
然后老公又给了HR一些现在的他有过合作的co worker的联系方式。几天过后，HR把后
来的那些reference也全打了一遍。（所有人的反馈都不错）
今天，HR又打电话了，居然说还是想联络一下老公现在的boss，我要汗死了。
不可否认的是，他们真的对老公很感兴趣，但是毕竟老公这份工还正在做，基本上大城
市的工作，跟他职位相似的，薪水都要低，但因为我实在是不适应这种小城的生活，我
让他减薪也要搬到大城市去。
要怎么回HR啊，他们问了两三次关于contact current boss的事情了 |

I always have recruiters ask to know what I should offer, if I see a salary
that doesn't seem right, I ask for salary slip and W-2. most managers do
something similar, so definitely don't lie about your current comp as it's
easily verifiable. you can always negotiate after you get the offer, but be
honest and be reasonable (don't expect 50% raises if you r close to market
rate) |

My agent called and said: The current owner's lender is Bank of America. I
have to pay about $3500 which is current owner owned HOA. My agent said she
tried her best to argue this for me, however, as she said, this is the rule
of Bank of America that they don't clear the HOA. Me as the buyer, needs to
pay this amount.
Feel bad.

related to my current mortgage charged by the settlement agent. My attorney
's assistant said It is the industry standard that the current Settlement
Statement to charge a fee to make sure the loan being paid off is ultimately
discharged correctly.
Is this normal?
Also, to Item 1304 on the HUD. Courier/FedEx Fee . Is this usually paid by
the seller or the buyer?

我们现在的情况是，EB1C，PD是2017年6月。按照目前的排期的话，2020年1月或者是2
月是比较有可能current的。
我们已经完成了面试（2019年10月初），在之前也收到了RFE（比如小孩的出生证明，
以及medical record等），也都已经提交了材料。
那么我的问题是，在这种情况下，假如2020年1月PD变成current的话，一般多长时间能
下卡呢？如果不是立即下卡，中间有可能还有什么波折吗（比如另外的RFE？）看版上
日期差别很大，所以想问问。
