学2010年才开张，目前什么评分都查不到，我agent说差不了，因为周围的房子都那么

jumped a small fence that separates the Canadian border with upstate New
York, and told the station that fence is the only thing separating the two

假设 mutual fund的年收益率达到10%左右，减掉成本后有约5%的收益。
应该风险很小吧？
如果借$100K,年度收益也有$5K,看起来也不错啊。

了不用你买琴，自有Steinway三角送给你弹，考不上Curtis，买一百台Steinway也是暴
殄天物
学钢琴没什么，老外孩子也学，但是要明白为什么学琴，如果还是抱着那种功利跟风攀
比的思想，不如让孩子踢会儿球儿更好
