这世界上什么最美？曲线最美。
学素描的人，第一堂课就是要画曲线，画各种各样的曲线。
熟练的画师，拿支铅笔在白纸上随手一画，就是条动人的曲线。
在棒球运动里，pitcher同学们也用各种各样的curveball，划出优美的曲线。
在我们讲第一种武器-fastball-的时候，我们知道快球在飞行的过程中，
是从上往下旋转的。（这样magnus force能够往上"托"球，使球的飞行线路相对较直）
而曲球则完全相反－－它是从下往上转的。
在投曲球时，拿球的基本动作以及投球的启动动作和fastball非常类似。
只是在快出手的时候，手腕翻转，使大拇指在上方，食指和中指在下方然后用力一拨，
于是出手时，球就是从下往上快速旋转的。
这样，球在飞行时，就受到两个向下的力－－地心引力和magnus力。
于是下坠幅度较大。（注：关于magnus力，参加本系列第一篇《让我们聊聊物理》）
曲球的球速比快球慢11-15麦/小时左右。
曲球的作用是：
1。常扰乱batters的视线，让对方以为是快速直球被迷惑。于是常常挥棒落空。

。好像大致划分，只有fastball和curveball，slider,cutter,breaking ball等等都算
是curveball。也就是说这些非快球的称之为curveball都没有错？
我记得wainwright刚出道的时候，最漂亮的就是12点到6点的坠落球，太好看了，结果
有的人说这是breaking ball，又有人说这是curveball，弄得我糊涂。 |

的掉，但是肯定比Romney的中产还的少。
Romney扔了个curveball，明降marginal tax，实际把itemized deduction cap住，
taxable income会上升，结果中产的税反倒上升。很多不懂这个算法的还真会上当。 |

标 题: 2015 Honda CR-V Touring AWD 五个月小记

去年十月购入Honda CR-V Touring AWD，那时2015款刚出来，附近十几个dealer就两辆
Touring AWD，价钱也没讲下来多少，好像比MSRP低了一千多？具体多少不记得了，三
万多出门。
因为看车时也试驾了X3，ML350，RDX，CX-5，Rogue，最后三万多买了个CR-V，在这儿
被很多人炮轰。你们轰吧，哥不在乎。
开了五个月，6000迈了，来总结下感受。
先说不好的吧：
1 挂D档踩着刹车等红灯，有时候车身会抖得比较厉害。有时候没什么感觉。换到N档抖
动消失，但毕竟麻烦。这里赞一下ML350的换挡拨杆，右手按一下P，都不带离开方向盘
的，方便多了。
2 后座是60/40分的，中间不能放倒，滑雪时后面坐俩人且需要放雪具放到时只能放到
40%的那边座位，后座两人有些挤。还好的是后座中间地板基本是平的。... 阅读全帖 |

control over his curveballs, fastballs and breaking balls. He does
not have power but when he controls well he fans out batters.
Just no run support. What a pity that he can not get a win with such
a gem.
Thome got booed because of an error he made in 6th inning.
Also saw an ad that Duckworth knees down to a Thome jersey hoping
to get some run support. Very funny. |

我看得恐怕比这里任何人看得都多。 (当然他再在yankees混两年，这话就不成立
了)。playoff打到现在，Moose更是我这种非yankees饭，非sox饭的少数看点之一。
Moose是不是好投手？ absolutely. 是不是HOF投手, 我觉得N年以来就是差一层
窗户纸 (以他三张多的岁数，这层窗户纸看来是很难统破了。)
这层窗户纸到底是什么呢？ 我看主要是stuff因素，心理是其次。
看看现在还active的HOF级的投手和dominate的年轻投手，基本上都有个
strikeout pitch, 所谓杀手剪。 Pedro的changeup, 大件的slider,
超级马力的cutter, zito的curveball, Beckett前两天的4线高heater也
是屡K不爽。Moose属於多球路型， 没有dominate stuff. 又不象Maddux
最辉煌的时候总可以赢得裁判的call strike. 所以很吃亏。一度他曾经

matui batted 2nd and worked patiently to a 3-1 count.
zambrano decided to challenge him with a fastball down the middle,
which matui ripped hard to the gap for a standup double.
next came arod's first AB in pinstripe uniform.
with 1st base open, zambrano didn't throw anything hittable
and got him looking with a beautiful 2-2 curveball.

有次nyy 的那部老客偷sign在二垒太明显，被对方manager lou piniella走到投手坡上

2015年的红鸟是挺奇葩的一年。常规赛几乎所有球员都伤了个遍，但居然拿下了联盟最
佳战绩。虽然常规赛拿下100胜，但季后赛红鸟完全是以一个最差的状态来面对的。Ace
Wainwright受伤大半个赛季，季后赛只能进牛棚，未来的Ace Carlos Martinez在常规
赛最后一周赛报。二号先发Wacha今年第一个完整赛季(180局)，到了9月份明显体力下
降，被打的很惨。Lynn 9月份也开启发球机状态。虽然常规赛红鸟的先发联盟最强，但
季后赛四个先发排出来，真的有够惨。Cubs的优势是打线，红鸟理论上优势是先发投手
。但由于种种原因，红鸟先发伤的伤，累的累，所以输球也不足为奇了。
1年前发文预测过cubs的崛起。分析一下红鸟未来的阵容，我还是有理由乐观的。
核心阵容进入衰退期的只有三个老将Molina,Holliday, Wainwright. Molina只要防守
在，打击随便就好。 Wainwright虽然已经34了，但之前有2个赛季都没怎么球，手臂损

只不过Marquez也是挺不错的。尤其是七月以后的表现。要说星期一的game 163. 他的
表现也不能算爆。从数据看4.2IP 5H 4R 2ER 2BB 9K 2HR，其中第一个Belinger的HR的
破坏性，跟之前跟投手沟通不畅，导致Max Muncy三振不死也有很大关系。
这场而言，5IP 7H 2ER 1BB 5K 1HR的表现，也不算是拖后腿了。开场手冷，保送了耶
律齐，然后被打2安打，让耶律齐得分。再就是一个83mph的curveball正中Aguilar的下
怀，打中HR。其他的时候来看，他的表现还是可以可圈可点的。
总体而言，Marquez相对于Freeland, 三振能力更强，但是有些细节和关键球的处理不
如Freeland。但是也不能掩盖他是个很好的投手苗子的潜力。 |

种one-pitch pitcher. 就算这种只投一种球的，你在场子里面根本也看不见投的
location， 除非你是home plate后面的几千块钱的vip seating，眼神还特别好...
我老漂流东北部多年看过n场养鸡红瓦的比赛，从来没在场上看出fastball和
curveball的区别。

1.以暴制暴。single hand backhand with full swing of blx90 is more powerful
than most dhbh.
2.change pace with slice or curveball with extreme topspin. shbh is better
at generating spin.
3. play angles, shbh is easier to play on a run.

The recent rebates on the 5D Mark II have nothing to do with an imminent rel
ease of an updated camera. They have more to do with selling lots of 5D Mark
IIs. I’d expect rebates to be extended right through to Christmas (Dec 25)
