的了解。这项研究最终会帮助药物设计者对细菌的抗药性研究出新策略。研究者纯化和
结晶了构成大肠杆菌排出泵的细胞膜蛋白以获得这项研究结果。他们准备了一些包含铜
和银重金属毒性的样品和不含这些重金属的样品
研究者采用X射线结晶学比对样品的不同结构，区分样品的差异，阐述从细胞移走重金
属毒性的机制。这篇文章详细的描述了CusA的晶体结构，CusA构成了细菌移出毒性物质
泵的三分之一。Yu认为CusA是一个属于抗小结分裂蛋白超家族的膜内运输器，由1047个
氨基酸构成，贯穿内膜12次,Yu在概述中说，这些泵的作用是识别并将这些毒性物质快

Appalachian State.
Duke is an ACC team, which VT also played (and barely beat 14-10).
Washington State is a bad Pac-12 team, but still at least as good as the
bottom ACC teams that VT played, and definitely better than those Sun Belt
and CUSA teams.
The point is VT's OOC games were against a FCS team, a Sun Belt team, and
