如果是刚开始穿简约的跑鞋的话,肌肉是会很酸痛的。因为很多有用的肌肉给你原来有
cushion的鞋子,都养懒了,现在从新把他们激活让他们发挥原本的作用,肌肉是会很
酸痛。因为没有了cushion,你的脚要用不少劲给自己减震,要用到很多原来不会用到
的肌肉。
偶才上VFF的时候,痛的肌肉都原来跑步不会痛到的地方,比如小腿前面的肌肉啥的。
推荐,如果有条件,去草地上跑。不要直接穿简约的跑鞋上水泥地的马路,给自己肌肉
一个成长的过程。偶很保守,曾穿VFF在不大的草地上绕圈跑也不想直接上水泥地。

这个比较有争议,有个时髦的bare foot派是相信现代跑鞋的cushioning让跑步的人更
容易受伤,所以提倡穿薄底没有heel-to-toe drop的跑鞋;更传统一些的是根据脚的不
同、跑步姿势和习惯,在stability、motion control和cushioning当中找个平衡点。
有时间可以去local running store问一问测一测。

发现很多时候我们的D简直就弱爆了,我当他密的进攻教练都可以叫出
1st down的play。 我们防3rd and 8 的时候给出的cushion 可以
达到12码以上,对方一个TE motion过来还尼玛给这么大cushion,
随便一扔,两个WR简单block一下就是20码左右的gain,真尼玛气人!
那个顶替Bryant的3号Pitt. Brown简直就是渣,怎么说也是Sr.了打
得跟无头苍蝇似的,很多他密的big play都看到他无力的身影,pre-snap
一看保证站位不对,究竟是自己笨还是教练sb都不重要,关键是已经到了
这般时候说啥也没用了,只能靠进攻多码淀粉给防守擦屁股了,相信剩下
这两场总有一场屁股擦不干净的时候就sb了,这些防守组的教练最好都
赶紧滚蛋!
当大部分球迷都开始call for Luke Fickell的job的时候,真不知道
Urban是怎么想的,就能这样容忍一个烂D的存在吗?

你说的对,我们没必要跟WV赌,但是随着HUNH的出现,Saban小聪明的整体防守思路没
有本质提高就是问题了。
正常进攻对防守,进攻方知道方向,但是少一个人(QB不跑),好像足篮球发界外球,
理论上所有人都有人盯而且有一个富裕的,所以攻防基本平衡。
所有进攻都是寻求schematic advantage,HUNH的最大优势类似High Frequency
Trading,利用防守方给的cushion,通过announce play,no huddle,hurry up(你看
auburn从huddle围小圈状态,到散开进攻ready那个阵型改变速度多快)等等,逼迫对
手加大cushion,通过稳定执行,获得3-5yard per play。
所以HUNH对Pro Style进攻其实是减低了mean,增大了variation的一种战术,如果
defense keep discipline,进攻方execution足够好,防守会被慢慢磨死。如果
defense赌,进攻方执行好,经常会被搞大的,这也是我们通常看到的情况。

sleeping pad就是你身体和地之间的cushion,隔热,增加舒适。。和防水无关。。旧
睡袋不大可能提供足够的cushion,你会硌得很难受,当然,一次两次可忍,还正好可
以作为无怨无悔买pad的理由。。

one piece of advice regarding trail running: choose a pair of shoes with
minimum cushion so that you can feel the terrain better. too much cushion is
dangerous for you ankles on uneven terrains. I have a pair of NB 708, which
is really crappy. My other pair of trail shoes is Asics Kahana and I would
highly recommend.

有点意思, 谈到跑鞋的发展 。
(先说nike,其实在跑鞋发展史还是可圈可点 :)
(其实开始nike是倒卖Onisuka Tiger的鞋 - Asisc的前身!)
1978年开始生产Air shoes(Tailwind) = 里面放气球.hoho -
Pegasus在八十年代很流行 (现在还特多拥护者)
开始midsole 的革命(以前里面不够两层薄底而已)
然后就是Asics GEL heeh .2120的爷爷.
然后就是Brooks Hydroflow, Saucony GRID
这些都是不断提升cushion (缓冲).
这时候 开始考虑 稳定 - Brooks Chariot (Beast的前身)
于是开始stability的发展 & Motion control.
现在鞋子越来越发展。但是还是Cushion/ Control .hoho or just flat :)

NB shoes are relatively flat. I compare my Nibmus with NB 1063, Nibmus
obviously makes my feet slide forward, but NB 1063 is very flat.
In ancient times, there are no concrete, so flat non-cushioned shoes or even
barefoot were fine. Now days, asphalt and concrete roads requires some
protection thus cushioned shoes are popular.

GLYCERIN CUSHIONING 更强大些,ARCH SUPPORT更好,但比较软,也比较重.
GHOST 的CUSHION 也不错,轻,比较硬,比较RESPONSIVE.尺寸较小,要比GLYCERIN买大半

我没有研究过elite穿什么鞋, 不过我相信你说的。 但是有个问题是,
大多数人, 特别是新手, 并不一定适合elite穿的跑鞋, 我一直认为,
肌肉如果足够强大了以后(就是elite这种)穿什么鞋, 甚至不穿鞋,
都没有问题。。
但是对于跑步新手, 特别是减肥人群, 选择N/S还是
有很大区别的, 最起码的S鞋跟部比较厚, 对于跑步姿势不好的人, 能
有效保护他们的膝盖, 给他们一段过渡时间来长腿部肌肉, 防止受伤。。
我的大腿肌肉就完全是跑步以后开始长出来的, 以前都是肥肉。。
而且, Neutral的鞋子也并不是就没有Cushion, 其实Nimbus/Kayano这些
鞋子区别不是很大, 前掌后跟都有很厚的Cushion....
我个人觉得running form是导致受伤的决定因素, 鞋子的因素并没有那么大。。

my first official running shoes are NB WR749 for trail. Totally agree the
cushioning is great, not too soft and not too hard. It has thicker cushion
on the heel so I felt great during heel striking. Now it's OK, but a little
weird during forefoot landing.

现在新出的鞋子是cushion越来越多,即使是有support的鞋子,鞋底也越来越厚,看起
来也不知道选啥好。
在跑鞋上败了很多钱后,发现我穿很厚的鞋子肌肉会很不舒服,容易cramp,也蹬不上
力,那些闪闪发亮的银子都白花了,最后要么穿来走路,要么送朋友。
我自己还是穿cushion一般的鞋子跑起来最舒服,虽然可能有人要觉得我速度不快,还
用不到flat,但确实穿flat跑比赛更用得上力,因为接近bare foot?
不知道你们有没有这样的感觉。

Forward versus Side-to-Side movement
The basic difference can be seen in their purposes and the resulting
appropriate levels of support stability and cushion.
An "all terrain" shoe is based on a classic running shoe design:
- Higher-heel, lower-footbed (for forward rocking-movement)
- Cushion in Heel and Ball-of-foot
- Roll-up toe
- Flexible forefoot
Additionally, "all terrain" shoes offer a more aggressive outsole tread for
better traction and some models also offer a solid-plate in the midsole

You need to strengthen your calf muscles instead of looking for cushions in
your shoes. You don't need cushions. Your BMI is 18. Come on, that's built
for running. You could be doing all of your training in flats. You just need
to work on your strength and biomechanics.

alchemy 7 has too much cushion. you are about half of my weight.

比wave rider重很多: (12.2-10.5) x 2 = 3.4 oz.
cushion不如wave rider.感觉要硬.
跑起来吃力不少.
但是:
1. 跑完之后,没有脚跟疼.wave rider有点over cushioned,longrun后我会脚跟疼,足弓
疼,plantar fasciitis,AT.
2. 两双鞋都没有造成膝盖不舒服.
3. 另外,找deal很难找.我前几天买的nimbus 11还花了70出头.waverider要便宜将近20.
overall还是不错的.最大的缺点是太重.

的脚弓可能属不高不低的。刚开始不习惯,感觉heel累。但现在,更喜欢cumulus。
慢慢来,先穿新鞋跑短点。也别削脚适宜履,也有可能新鞋不适合你的脚。

newton shoes are supposed to have very small heel to toe drop among
cushioned running shoes (which makes

NB MT101 是不适合在跑步机上跑的,推荐环境为运动场的跑道或者水泥路面,当然也
不适合越野跑
另外透气和cushion不是矛盾的,一个是鞋面的工艺一个是鞋底的工艺。至于到底哪种
就不少说了。
我觉得各个品牌都有不错的,其实质量也差不多,到底哪个好见仁见智。Saucony的
Kinvara 2和
ProGrid Peregrine都算是minial的,前者更轻更适合操场跑道,后者是适合山地跑的
,重一
些。具体可能还是去店里试一下比较好,除了脚感,眼缘也很重要。
忘记说New Balance新出的890也不错,超轻据说还有很强的cushioning,可能符合lz的要求,
而且还有两种不同的鞋宽可选
至于说到跑步机,估计很多位大大都可能有所了解,就是跑步机跑久了会对膝盖有损伤
,而且是不可
逆的。所以基本都推荐真实的路面练跑步。我自己基本是不用跑步机的。而且健身房里
跑步空气也不
新鲜。基本没有可取之处。
Nike的free run本人还真试过,绝对不适合脚宽的用户,而且试过后觉得,这绝对是个
商业噱头,

我觉得穿ASICS的Cushioning类的NIMBUS比CUMULUS更舒服,不知道是否因为它更贵的心里作用哈哈

I met similar problem. I had a pair of Nike training
shoes before started running. It was and is very comfortable
while walking, especially in the mall on hard floor.
I started running using this pair. But quickly I got
heel pain. After quite several trying different shoes,
including my badminton shoes to run, I realized that the
Nike training shoes created the problem. So I bought
Asics and NB running shoes on sale. Not expensive at all.
My heel pain problem has gone after switching to them.

我的理解是minimalist主要是通过减少cushion,让腿、膝盖、整个身体主动去改
变姿势,理论上来说这样的姿势是高效的。Cushion强的鞋子就会放松对姿势的要
求。反而更容易受伤。

经过几轮面试,决定let go NB110 2E款和Montrail Rogue racer, 留下
NB110 D款作为主力trail战靴...
NB110 D款,网上有人说窄,我觉得恰恰好,cushion也恰恰好,触地感很好,
4mm drop感觉perfect, 当然还需要实战考验,这周末见分晓...
NB110 2E款,确实宽松一点点,但主要是鞋面,穿上感觉拖拖沓沓,不如D款跟脚..
Rogue Racer, 也很轻,cushion很足,但感觉鞋底太厚了点,不好控制,而且鞋帮
有点高,有点磨我的锁骨,不太喜欢..

update一下,今天穿HS4在treadmill上跑了4miles,感觉跟腱有点发热,估计我也是
heel landing,低跟的鞋子还是需要适应一阵子,打算跟tarther混着穿,用班上时髦
的话--过渡。
其次,HS4的足底的胶真的很软,怪不得有人说它的cushion比tarther多,其实它的内
衬cushion不多,都是软底胶闹的。

Planned to have a short test run on treadmill the new
MT20. To be cautious, original plan was 3mi@5mph, ultra
low speed/HR.
5mph did not need to worm up. Jump up on the treadmill
and start jogging. It was extremely comfortable and felt
so easy, easier than ever.
After 30min, still felt great, and started [email protected], my
LHR training speed. Still very very easy, no heel pain
or knee pain during entire hour. In fact, I run till 6miles.
By the way, this was my last 5.5mph LHR run. I will move to

没人叫新手上来就跑马拉松。连跑姿都没练好,正常(也就是没有多余cushion)的鞋
子都穿不了的,就不应该凑热闹一窝蜂地去跑马。我经常提到的朋友,跑步已经有近20
年的历史,5K路跑15分半,10K跑步机上31分,半马可以进75分的,都从来没跑过马拉
松也从来没跑过超过2小时的long run. 新人真要淡定就别想着跑马拉松,先把穿轻鞋
或光脚跑步的本领练出来,把基本功练好。俺以前不了解这些的时候,胡乱训练跑了一堆
马拉松之后才明白跑姿的重要,花了一年多的时间从heel strike,依赖cushion彻底改成
forefoot strike,随便什么racing flats或者光滑路面上光脚都可以跑。

你现在跑步的基础已经很好了,速度也快,应该试试cushion比较少,也比较的鞋子,
会有很大的惊喜。
cushion越多,对膝盖的损害越大,这是跑版大多数人的看法。
顺便说下,我第一双跑步鞋也是nimbus,跑了仅有一次的斑马,只跑了200多迈,现在
成平时上班鞋了。

班上有人说过cushion多的鞋伤膝盖。我穿nimbus的时候确实膝盖老是酸痛,当然也可

Tried HS4 today for the first time. Did not want to
run long in case injuries.
After 30 minutes of warming up, I headed to the back path
where there is a ~1mi relatively straight and flat segment.
It is mostly slightly downhill to the east. This was my
first run attempt. GPS watch run out of battery, so use my
Timex for timing only. Since no HRM, so decided to run just

先讲些共性:
1.这个鞋的push力很强大,感觉比asics的大部分netral更贴地,更有反弹力,更有
stable的感觉。
2.这个鞋所有的配置都是前后cushion,不像ascis很多轻便的,只有后掌cushion。
3.这个鞋普遍固定鞋底形状,突出fore strike。
4.这个鞋特别适合高速race。
几个款中差别在于,鞋子的前后落差,最大的是8,最小的是0,大部分是2-3,几款5-6.
实际穿着感觉这个鞋更轻快。对比了ascis的neo33,脚后摆以后更轻快,感觉穿上以后
不容易把速度降下来。
总结:想入一个distance,就是觉得自己太entry level,还有就是鞋子本身太贵,基
本上150附近。

I used HS4 for a 8-mile "long run" for the first time last evening
in HS4.
It took me 1:05 to finish it. My fastest long run so far. Earlier,
I used to finish the same route 1:20-1:25 for LHR using MT20.
The biggest difference about the shoes is the cushioning - I was
able to and dare to run fast down hills because HS4 has very good
cushioning for road. But my feet are not tough enough for faster
pace on road in MT20 yet. There were two more factors contribute to my

刚在fleetfeet买了第二双跑鞋。 想着改变一下步姿,要了一双addias的minimum
cushion. 跑了几次感觉膝盖脚掌都不错。只是发现袜子(costco 买的运动袜子)底部
磨损及其严重。照这种磨损速度,估计一双新袜子也就能跑4次,每次4迈。
第一双鞋就没有这种问题。难道是鞋子的cushion减少造成的?还是别的原因?注,我
基本是在户外跑。上次膝盖伤之前每周30mile. 现在恢复中,25 miles per week.

MT20 is not very 耐磨. One pair of mine started to show bad
wear between 300-400 miles running on concrete road (side
walks). But it is still fine over 500 miles. I am still 25LB
over my ideal body weight. This might be a factor for shoe
wearing.
MT20 is very under-cushioned on road. On trails are perfect.
Too much cushioning can make me heal pain and tired quicker.
So I prefer to get my feet strong to fit MT20.

没想到版主竟给包子了。那得把知道的都倒出来。
新手一开始有cushion就尽量用。不受伤为原则。慢慢的过渡到小步高频。体会如何保
持自己的momentum。当频律高到一定时候,受伤机会就小了。开始讲究效率了。就可以
cushion少点。
我觉得钉鞋在碳渣跑道上防滑第一,而且用长钉。在塑胶跑道上, 防滑和更加
responsive二者都重要, 用短钉
