跟 crsp 的cusip match的话,如何算是正确？
现在用 crsp 跟 compustat merged数据获得老的 cusip sic permno 等，然后跟
compustat 匹配找到accounting data.然后 用 cusip 日期去匹配sdc 的event数据。
看起来丢失不少。有点怀疑sdc的cusip. |

crsp also has 8 digit cusip. so you need to make sure cusip in your db is
also 8 digit to match it. there wont be perfect match. |

质纪事本上。并不存在于市场，也没有CUSIP/ISIN/SEDOL。因为这部分美债在市场上根
本不存在，根本无法出售。
另一类美债是间接购买，中资公司委托agent从二级市场购买。这部分虽然理论上可以
抛售，但都是以亿为单位的大单，拆零出售技术难度很大。即使有agent愿意给你这么
干，这种恶意抛售马上就会暴光，并且很难迅速完成。除非能找到不介意美国政府警告
而且有巨大财力立刻接盘的势力。世界上还没有这样的势力。而且这样的交易一般只能
按outlaw规矩，即售价为债券面值的30%~50%，大规模的话更低。 |

的，如果是144A tranche的话，只有机构可以买。资金门楷应该没有国内那么高，不过
这里的债权par amount都是1000美金，这数字是最起码的。 |

description. Normally it will give you 10-12 percent for the first year but
future yield is gambled by the issuer with complicated future optiones which
will garantee they will have profit under any conditions. I seldom see only
one year note give you 10 percent coupon which usually mean it is very high
leveraged. Not worth the risk for most structured notes, in general. |
