家不工作，那么另一方有义务付alimony帮助在家的那一位重新返回社会，但是alimony
也只会是几年，不是一辈子。法官会让年轻人自己工作养活自己。Alimony数额比较高
，是因为支付方可以抵税。
child support一般都很抵，因为支付方不能抵税。joint custody不一定是指50/50.
Child support一般是根据小孩每个星期跟双方呆的时间和另一方的收入计算的，跟
joint custody没有多大关系。
另外，那个no removal order是指小孩不能离开NJ, 不是指你。这种order一般是为了
避免一方父母kidnap小孩，然后就不回来了。一般如果另一方同意就能把小孩带出州。
唉，美国就是这样，小孩子是两个人的，为这种事打官司的不少。
然后protetive order & restraining order, 你要小心了，违反那种order是刑事罪，
不仅仅是民事。
你只有想办法弄到sole legal/physical custody才能比较安心：

If the father doesn't have history of insanity, domestic violence, he can
have shared custody. Then he might not even need to pay child support at all.
If the father can prove that the mother has anything wrong, he would be able

但是这与"if the mother want full custody of her child she could get it"
是完全两回事.
你大概不明白physical custody与legal custody的差别.
其实说这么多没什么用. 你就是喜欢那儿自说自话, 先编一个你自己想
出来的男方的恶劣动机, 然后来借题发挥.
咱正常人, 是只根据事实说话. 事实是男方要制止女方没经他同意
带孩子离境的行为才报的警. 这个做法, 不但合法, 而且完全合情合理.
你再胡编人家是为什么这么做, 也不说明问题.
