解释说得通，前面有很多人都这么解释过了。
但这个解释，和你前面的说法毫无关系。
你自己也重复了一遍了。“小孩子是受控制/监视的，不能随便带走”，这个难道能
和小孩子正常的 custodian 混为一谈？明显不是一码事。任何未成年的孩子都需要
custodian。这个custodian是正常的照顾负责，而不是控制/监视。而且你认为小孩
子受监视的原因是“警方怀疑他杀了老婆在逃亡”。这个明显就是把他父亲的错误惩
罚到孩子的身上，而且默认主体是警察在控制/监视小孩。这个和后来的奶奶的说法
完全是两回事。
你的第二个说法比较荒谬。法官会那么没品，去骚扰两个几岁的小孩，而且还会通
缉他们？你的想象力太丰富了。 |

而一旦有违约，这个收益就下降了。而违约是不可避免的。
所以如果你持有36,60个月的notes，应该在5年左右看到这个收益率才是你真实的收益
率。网上很多人报的收益率还达不到这个阶段，也就是说他们高估收益率了。

外援可以要求中超球队用一些非常见外币，支付。
这样中超俱乐部一般会选择出具常见外币汇票，交由彼此信任的中间人或者custodian
机构，给外援支付工资。
比如8024,可以要求恒大俱乐部用巴拉圭比索支付，恒大俱乐部一般会用美元付给
custodian (e.g. XJY ernai LLP),然后8024可以收到汇票，以外汇管制为由，拒绝兑
换支票。
三个月以后，8024可以给国际足联说，HD俱乐部出具了3个月不能兑换的工资汇票。国
际足联会把这个按没支付工资对待，这样就可以单方面毁约！！！！

我说了，这个情节不难解释。
第一，
如果是警察在custodian,显然走不了。
如果如您所说，奶奶是custodian,那小孩办护照就要奶奶签字，奶奶不喜欢
father所以不会签字。
第二，就算带走了。
您觉得是限制人身自由也好，不算限制自由也好，如果法官觉得有必要，就可以传唤
回来作证。不回来就会被通缉。
所以对爱孩子的父亲来说，带走孩子不是一个好的solution.没问题吧？
把charge dismiss掉才好。 |
